A little late to the party on this one but this is @knkg.co Heritage duffel bag made with full grain American leather. I kept putting off content on this because I wanted to do something big for it since it’s so nice…and ended up forgetting😅. Better late than never though since the remainder of stock just dropped to half off! $300 is a relative bargain for this bag! It’s designed like a classic duffel bag with modern updates- one large main compartment that is a massive 46L in volume. Measures in at 21.5x11x11.6” and a hefty 6.2lb. 4 external pockets plus 2 bottle pockets and 7 internal pockets to organize little things. Also comes with a nice leather finished shoe bag. Of course like all KNKG bags you get YKK zippers and high quality pulls throughout. All this comes with a fabric storage bag to keep your duffel safe when not in use. For me this is going to be way too nice to bring to the gym so i plan on using it as a weekender bag. @knkg.co Conquer backpack is LIVE for preorders with end of march shipping! The backpack comes in two sizes: 19L and 35L. The one I’m using is the large bag, which is the size I’d recommend for most people unless you’re a minimalist. With the Conquer, you can expect the same build quality you’ve come to expect with King Kong bags. The exterior shell is 500d nylon with PVC backing, inner lining is nylon ripstop, YKK zippers and Mille webbing. What makes the Conquer bag special are its included organizers that are removable if you just wanted a cavernous storage pocket. The organizers also have a removable dividers to customize your space. On top of that, the organizers stay locked in place via embedded magnets both in the lining of the bag and on each square. There are tons of pockets all over the bag for more organization - 2 on the front, 3 inside the fold down flap, 2 cushioned pockets at the back and 1 lined laptop storage pocket. Also two expendable side bottle pockets that’ll fit a 32oz bottle and finally a side clasps for external belt storage. They really checked all the boxes with this bag….the only thing I’d say it’s missing is a larger area to put patches but that’s not the end of the world (the KNKG patch is removable). This is the desert colorway but also comes in black or green. Green is probably the sickest one since it has black lining and green accents inside. Prices range from $220 to $280. Not cheap by means but King Kong makes a quality product - I still have and use bags from years ago and they look as good as new. I’ll get a video up soon. I'm honored to have attended the Panel Discussion hosted by the Governance Policy National Committee (Komite Nasional Kebijakan Governansi - KNKG), as the representative of the Indonesia Risk Management Professional Association (IRMAPA). The topic, 'Assuring Family-Owned Business Sustainability by Building Trust through Governance,' is particularly enlightening, given the significant role of family businesses in Indonesia's economy. The statistics presented during the event underscored the significance of family companies in Indonesia's business landscape. Notably, 95% of companies in the country are family-owned, contributing 82% to Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and 40% to market capitalization. However, the challenges faced by these enterprises are apparent, with only 30% surviving to the second generation and a mere 13% making it to the third generation. This event marked a pivotal moment for me, offering valuable insights into the application of governance in family-owned businesses, an area traditionally dominated by public companies and state-owned enterprises. The International Integrated Reporting Council’s (IIRC) mendefinisikan integrated reporting (IR) sebagai suatu proses komunikasi informasi suatu organisasi yang tercermin dalam “integrated report” kepada para stakeholder tentang penciptaan nilai dari waktu ke waktu. Integrated report sendiri didefinisikan sebagai suatu komunikasi yang ringkas dan terintegrasi tentang bagaimana strategi, tatakelola dan remunerasi, kinerja dan prospek suatu organisasi menghasilkan penciptaan nilai dalam jangka pendek, menengah dan jangka panjang. Integrated report memberikan suatu pendekatan pelaporan yang lebih luas dibandingkan dengan pelaporan tradisional yang ada saat ini. Konsep IR menggambarkan hubungan antara strategi perusahaan, tata kelola, kinerja keuangan, dan CSR dalam konteks ekonomi operasi perusahaan. Dengan menekankan hubungan tersebut IR diharapkan dapat membantu pengambilan keputusan perusahaan dan menggambarkan kinerja perusahaan kepada seluruh stakeholder. IR juga menyajikan informasi tentang prospek organisasi yang dapat menciptakan value jangka pendek, menengah, dan panjang. Hal inilah yang menjadi perbedaan IR dan Sustainability Report (SR). Penyampaian laporan SR di Indonesia awalnya masih bersifat sukarela (voluntarily). Mulai tahun 2012 perusahaan yang listing di bursa efek Jakarta diwajibkan menyusun SR. Metode pengukuran SR di Indonesia dilakukan oleh organisasi independen yaitu National Center for Sustainability Reporting (NCSR) dengan pedoman standar Global Reporting Initiative. Dengan rencana pergeseran SR ke IR, maka perusahaan-perusahaan yang listing di BEI harus mempersiapkan diri menyediakan informasi-informasi yang dipersyaratkan dalam IR. Adapun elemen IR berdasarkan IR Frame-work yang harus dipenuhi agar sebuah laporan perusahaan sudah disebut sebagai laporan yang terintegrasi yaitu: 1.
