Tacos! 🌮 They’re delicious, they’re nutritious and they’re super tasty. Great for getting your little ones involved in the cooking and choosing what they would like on their taco- eat the rainbow! Here’s a super easy Mexican inspired seasoning, that can be used on chicken, fish or in mince. 🌮 Ingredients: • 1 TBSP cumin seeds • 1 TBSP sweet paprika • 1 TBSP dried coriander leaves or ground • 1 tsp oregano leaves or ground • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 tsp chilli powder OR 1 TBSP chilli flakes Combine well! 🌮 As a general rule, this is enough for 4 pieces flathead or barramundi, 3 chicken thighs and 250g of mince. 🌮 You can sprinkle this on the meat at the beginning of cooking to marinade with olive oil to help it stick before hand.
