No surprise that I would spend Valentine’s Day at the @musketroom bar doing the full tasting menu (but this time, with @megghiggs, too!). Gorgeous oysters to start and really loved the tuna crudo with kumquat and Serrano oil, the wonderfully spiced quail with pomegranate and romanesco, and, of course, the perfectly cooked duck with cherry and labne.
