Sweet tooth lovers unite! Satisfy your sweet cravings with these Chestnut Cups kissed with frosted chocolate and adorned with crunchy nuts and Nairn's Oat Biscuits 🌰🍫 You'll need: 1 cup soft curd cheese 1/2 cup chestnut puree 1/4 cup ground almonds 1/4 cup chocolate frosting Chopped nuts for garnish Nairn's Oat Biscuits, crushed into crumbs How to make: Preheat your oven to 180°C. In a mixing bowl, combine the soft curd cheese, chestnut puree, and ground almonds. Mix until well combined. Grease a muffin tin or use silicone muffin molds. Press the chestnut mixture into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup to form cups. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cups are set and lightly golden brown. Remove the muffin tin from the oven and let the cups cool completely. Once cooled, spread chocolate frosting on top of each chestnut cup. Sprinkle chopped nuts over the chocolate frosting. Roll the edges of each cup in crushed Nairn's Oat Biscuit crumbs to coat them! Enjoy 😋

Absolut stolz auf das Babypferd 🥹 So souverän hätte ich ihn nicht bei unserem 1. Auswärtstraining erwartet 🙏 Natürlich war er Anfangs super angespannt, fand hier und da das ein oder andere gruselig und das das Nachbarspferd auf dem Paddock rumgebockt hat hat die Sache auch nicht besser gemacht 😂 Aber ich bin gänzlich ruhig geblieben, hab immer versucht ihm den lockeren Zügel zu geben und vor allem zu reiten und er wurde zusehends lockerer und besser 😍 Desto höher die Gangart, desto entspannter war er dann auch. Im Dressurviereck war natürlich erstmal alles neu und unheimlich. Aber er ist trotzdem brav (zwar glotzend) an allem vorbei gegangen 👆 Aber auch hier wurde er runde für runde lockerer und hat mir wahnsinnig gut zugehört. Ich bin richtig schön zum sitzen gekommen und hatte allgemein einfach ein super Gefühl. In der Reitstunde konnte ich auch wirklich das ein oder andere mitnehmen und wenn die Dressur so wird wie gestern dann bin ich absolut mehr als zufrieden ❤️ Heute wars dann zwar nicht ganz so gut, aber heute habe ich eh nicht viel erwartet. Ein bisschen locker reiten und dafür, dass die anderen Pferde in die Boxen kamen war er trotzdem echt super 🙏 Morgen wird dann nur longe oder laufen lassen gemacht und dann schauen wir mal was das am Mittwoch wird 😄

Finally back on track! This year has been pants. I’m definitely too hard on myself and definitely put too much pressure on doing well but this endless winter (Mr Perfect and I are definitely fair weather riders), six weeks of mud fever and box rest, getting used to a new saddle and some spicey attitude was really taking its toll on my happiness and motivation. Thankfully @gailridgwell kicked me up the bum and came along with me to Epping Forest for some weekend dressage and to help out when Rusty was choosing to be less helpful! We ended up having a really lovely (but cold!) day out and thankfully for my sense of humour it was a success! 68.8% in my novice freestyle with a rider blip and 65.8% in my elementary with three rider blips (forgot my give and retakes whoops!) which otherwise would have seen us around 67.5%! We are so new to this level and I’m still a bit shakey remembering these tests given I’ve not done them too much so was thrilled with those results. Icing on the cake was catching up with the List 2 judge who mentioned how much more advanced he’s looking and giving me some tips for better marks next time (namely not forgetting the G+R!). Massive thank you to @gailridgwell for giving up so much of her day to help me and get me back smiling and enjoying my boy. Jeśli jednak dbasz o swojego koniczka i zapewniasz mu wszystko, co najlepsze a jabłuszka nie pojawiają się - nic się nie dzieje!!! Możliwe, że geny nie pozwalają na tworzenie się ich.
