Sharing this little milestone to tell you that I SURVIVVVEDDDD 🥳🤝 (& to show you how fkn BEAUTIFUL it is here 🌞🌊) After spontaneously running half this distance a couple of days ago, I wanted to set myself the challenge of going there and back, and I DIDDDD 🥹👟 Am I going to be a runner now? I don’t think so 😅 But I did really enjoy the whole headphones in + podcast on + in the zone combination 🎧 As you guys know, my preferred form of cardio is usually the Airbike and that probably isn’t going to change! The key with cardio is to find something you love, and be sure to include it at least a couple of times per week. Not because it helps you lose weight or because it burns calories, but because it boosts your mood AND is amazing for your heart 🫀 What’s your fave form of cardio? ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Ps.
