Miss Leila thanked the initiators of FDS and wished to support for further intellectual debating in the Faculty of International Relations. 🌐At the conference, the current problems of international organizations, their stability and co-operation in Central Asia had been discussed. 🔅Debater Miss Sara Faghani showed concern on the current situations of the Economic and Financial distribution problems in international organizations like UN, UNESCO, Shanghai Cooperation Organization. 🔅Debater Mohammad Ammar mentioned “Unity in diversity” and lost humanity feeling among the ogranizations. 🔅Debater Chandah Kaunda spoke various sides how organisations are not helping in real crisis. The one-day visit of the Iranian President Dr. Ebrahim Raisi to Sri Lanka on April 24, was of critical importance for both Sri Lanka and Iran. Sri Lanka aims to build on the fruitful economic relations that it had with Iran in order to safeguard itself against the West’s hostility towards it. And Iran, on its part, aims to make more friends in a world in which the West is seeking to curb its rise as an independent regional power. Both countries need to counter the West’s enormous global and regional influence in order to exercise their national sovereignty and strategic autonomy. Therefore, the Sri Lanka-Iran relationship has both economic and strategic aspects. Recently, our team in Zamfara State paid a courtesy visit to the office of the Honourable Commissioner of the Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning. The purpose of this visit was to strengthen collaboration between Neem Foundation and the Ministry. During our engaging discussions, we focused on the sustainability plan for the Protecting Our Communities Initiative project in Zamfara State. This initiative is a collaborative effort between Neem Foundation, @hvcfoundationng in Kaduna, Voluntary Aid Initiative in Zamfara, and @elohimyouths in Benue State. We had a fantastic opportunity to host and learn from Dr. Mary Martin this week. Dr Martin is Director of the UN Business and Human Security Initiative and the principal investigator for the Whole of Society Conflict Prevention and Peacebuilding project at LSE. Dr. Martin's team at LSE has been designing a Human Security Curriculum for our Systems Transformation Pathway and she joined us in person on campus to launch and deliver part of the curriculum to our STP students.
