I wish we had richer language for trees. Trees are persons to me, even if they are not human. This Dawn Redwood is a dear friend. I have photographed her now in every season. I've witnessed her skeleton, the bare bones of her being. I've cried in wonder at her new growth. I've seen her in her fullness, resplendent in feathery green. I've watched her slow blaze of surrender. She is how I hope to age, lichen skin and ever-growing limbs, arms spread open. When I press my forehead against her skin, quiet and weary to the bone, I feel her. When I need to remember I am home, I lean against her and close my eyes. Happiness could be easily found and cherished, and we didn't think much about who would be our friend. We eagerly waited for recess, because we knew that friend's mom has packed something special. And then we had too simple wishes, like having the games period after recess or any period turning into games period. and we would run through the corridor with guard running and yelling after everyone. And sense of freedom which we felt was something which you were proud of. Everything felt so easy except homework, but somehow we managed by taking help from our siblings or mother. And how we eagerly waited to watch our favourite cartoons-Pokemon, Beyblade, etc. and after that your gang will come and call you for cricket. Everything was so well planned and also we used to sleep at 10! But despite all the happiness, we also had to bear heart breaks when one of your friend is changing the school or worse, shifting to a different city. This hurted more than breakups at that time. we change as we age, and whatever the change is, it's reason might be different. And in most of the times, it's through the things that we have been through. Ich habe keine Lust mehr bescheiden zu sein💥 In der Schule haben mir die Lehrer immer wieder gesagt:„du hast zu viel Energie“, „du bist zu laut“, „du bist zu viel“, „Mädchen sind nicht so laut“ uvm….. Wisst ihr, was das mit einem kleinen Mädchen macht?! Meine Schulzeit war ein einziger Höllenritt. Ich habe beschlossen, es reicht mir mit dem bescheiden sein … seit ich denken kann, gebe ich nicht nur 100%, sondern 150% in allen Bereichen meines Lebens. Ich habe eine unglaubliche Disziplin und bisher jedes meiner Ziele erreicht und sogar noch viel mehr. 💥 Meine Energie ist eine Superpower 💥🦸‍♀️ Ich habe mich vor vier Jahren mit meiner Herzensaufgabe selbstständig gemacht. Ich habe eine Organisation aus dem Boden gestampft, die mit einem 5-stelligen Startbudget und mehr als 100 Studierenden mehrere Auszeichnungen erhalten hat. Das habe ich während einem Vollzeitstudium, zwei Jobs und zwei anderen ehrenamtlichen Projekten gemacht. Ich habe sogar eine ziemlich erfolgreiche Crowdfunding Kampagne gestartet und bin mit dem Geld nach Mexiko gedüst, um dort mitzuhelfen, die Organisation aufzubauen. Dieses Jahr habe ich mir meine Traumstelle an der TUM geschaffen. Die Stelle gab es so vorher nicht und jeder hat gesagt, das ist nicht möglich. Man kann nicht einfach seine eigene Stelle an so einem riesigen Tanker wie der Technischen Universität München schaffen… Tja, war doch möglich! Nach einem spannenden Gespräch mit dem TUM Präsidenten hat er mir die Stelle angeboten, die ich vor drei Jahren visualisiert habe. Nächsten Monat launche ich meine ersten Onlinekurse, die ich in den letzten Monaten jeden Abend nach Vollzeitjob, Nebenjob, Pferd bewegen und Stall misten entwickelt habe…nebenher habe ich übrigens noch das Konzept für mein Lebensprojekt geschrieben, das in 4 Jahren steht! 💚 Ich habe keine Lust mehr bescheiden zu sein, weil meine Energie so gewaltig ist, dass ich andere Menschen ebenfalls elektrisieren kann. Ich habe keine Zeit mehr bescheiden zu sein, weil ich so unglaublich viel vorhabe, dass ich keine Ablenkung oder Energieverschwendung mehr zulassen kann. Ich werde Berge versetzen und dafür brauche ich all meine Energie! 🔥😏 #warriorspirit
