Writing / authordom: Read over what I wrote yesterday, and I wrote a lot. Took my time and read with a very critical eye. Nodded in contentment that it's a much better ending than I had. I haven't finished the ending yet, though. I didn't get to reading what I wrote for the last chapter, and I haven't finished writing it. I believe I can finish writing it tomorrow. I still plan to get the first draft written of the extra story for the special edition before doing another edit pass. I'm going to do something really weird and outline more than I usually do. It'll keep me focused and on track. I'm still confident I can complete the ending, the story, and another edit before May ends. Walking / health: I added length onto my daily walk for three days in a row now. This makes my healing to a new level official. I still have more energy mentally and physically at the end of the day. This helps me get more author work done too. It snowed again today. While I was walking. It didn't stick, but it sure made the wind cold. The air smells so sweet lately. It has been a WILD couple of years! I haven't gotten any better at graphic design, but I HAVE published one book and one short story on #wattpad , and I'm just weeks from finishing my second! I've had a lot of late nights and rough days after, but this is what I've ALWAYS wanted to do. I have always wanted to write something people love, and judging by the comments on Wattpad I seem to have done the damn thing! Once The Dragon Prince's Consort has concluded, I'll need to take some time off to write the next thing - I don't know how long it'll be, but seeing as I work full-time as a technical writer and have several other responsibilities and commitments, it could be a while. Posting a chapter every Thursday when I have to spend Friday-Wednesday writing it is BRUTAL to say the very, very least 😭It will be nice to get back to a more leisurely pace, so I can spend more time on each chapter and make it the best it can be because that's what my readers deserve. I don't like to rush things! Much appreciation to @mariahankenman for the #AuthorApril24 template, otherwise I'd probably not post so much! I do enjoy sharing some parts of my #authorlife but I'm a SUPER private person, my face is not going to make an appearance any time soon! Social media in general is... not really my strong suit. Antes de nascer, ela tentando me abrir os olhos. Já a paranoia veio depois, foi crescendo comigo. Na época da pandemia, deitou e rolou. Sempre muito desconfiada, talvez com algum trauma de infância. Tem um ego frágil e por isso não pode dar mole, tem que se mostrar forte e superior. Outro problema: a paranoia grita; a intuição sussurra. A primeira prejudica a segunda. Paranoia gosta dos shows da Ivete; intuição prefere um reggae na Jamaica. Paranoia tem medo da própria sombra. Intuição não teme nada. Tem que ser o contrário, a intuição é que deve gritar e a paranoia apenas sussurrar. A intuição deveria ser mais enérgica conosco e, em vez de falar baixinho, dar uns tapas em nossa cara, pra ver se acordamos do transe. Você se apaixona por alguém novamente e a intuição se cala (“Desisto. Desisto...!”). - Não dê ouvidos a essa daí! Ela fala baixinho, de sonsa que é. - Ai, ai. Vai começar a baixaria. Digo, a gritaria. Apaixone-se pela intuição, pois ela não tem medo de criar vínculos afetivos. A outra, não. A outra tem pavor disso, é incapaz de fazer conexão, mesmo sendo íntima.
