Den Deich entlang zu wandern, war nur so semi  schön, denn man läuft idR nicht auf dem Deich, sondern muss sich entweder für Meer- oder Landseite entscheiden - die Entscheidung trifft wahrscheinlich Windrichtung und -stärke 😅 Die Meerseite ist geteert, was bei Sonnenschein schnell sehr warm wird und der Weg ist auch leicht schräg, was nach einigen Kilometern etwas unangenehm beim Laufen wird. Auf der Landseite hingegen hat man einfach nicht das Gefühl am Meer zu sein. Und es ist auch ziemlich unspannend am Start schon das Ziel zu sehen😂 Ach Wattenmeer, ich weiß, wir sollten auf dir wandern und nicht an deinem Rand entlang. Das machen wir auch irgendwann mal! It was just so beautiful I had to share it. Last week au went for a drive to a friends house. In theory it takes 25 minutes in practice with agoraphobia and anxiety it took one hour. Along the way I drove down a street that’s always brought me joy it’s named “The Avenue” it’s filled with diverse architecture. Infact I must take a variety of photos to show you. It’s got architecture from 1920’s that’s simply stunning , 1940’s, 50’s, 60’s and 70’s it amazing. The avenue is so diverse but the common ground factor is the trees that line the avenue in all their glory. Autumn is a great time to@drive down the avenue or pull your car over and gaze at the trees and houses. The parasympathetic nervous system: to regulate our rest and digest response 2. The sympathetic nervous system: to control our fight or flight response I am opening up the online Live group breathwork journeys for all of you starting next week, on May 9th at 6.30 pm India Time. Even if you can’t make it Live, the replay will be available for 7 days. How your relationship with your Inner Child affects every part of your life. Seriously. Everything!!!! I know, i know we are grown ass adults ( this again) I encourage you to sit and meditate in your inner child for 21 days and see what's comes up. Your Inner Child is a metaphor for the the vulnerable, innocent, truly sweet part of your being. That being, your Inner Child wants to play, to be listened to, feel important, to be CONSIDERED, mostly, your Inner Child wants to be PROTECTED — YOU as an adult are taking care of things. To know that you won’t let her/him be talked down to, you won’t give your power away. You will stand up for your Deep Sensitivity, your inner child every single time. The more you stand up for your inner child, the more you show up for her/him/they. Often times what repeats in relationships was what was incomplete in our childhood. Утро соло-мамы: 5 утра успокоить проснувшегося малыша, положить рядом, подождать пока уснёт, не уснуть самой ввиду неудобного положения тела; встать - массаж-душ, приготовить: рюкзак с завтраком для сада, витаминный сок малышкину, кофе - себе; посмотреть погоду, подготовить одежду, про кофе забыть; обнять недовольного проснувшегося малышкина, пообещать мультик, отказать в Нутелле; между обнимушками и просьбой одеваться посушить волосы, малыш ещё не одет (!!!), время начинает поджимать, одеваюсь под концерт "я не хочу в садик", проявить терпение и эмпатию (я знаю, тебе не хочется, мне так жаль, ведь тебя там ждут друзья и будет весело), параллельно одевая малышкина; в машине новый концерт "я останусь в машине", терпение- объяснение-отвлечение (нельзя детям одним в машине - опасно - о!какой грузовик, классный, правда?), выудить из машины (посмотри, светло, а луну ещё видно!), взять на руки и прижаться носом к щеке (люблю тебя, мой львёнок!), добежать до сада и сдать в добрые руки воспитательницы... Я здесь для своего малышкина с бездной терпения, нежности и любви...
