Day 110: Fushimi Inari-taisha. De retour de Nara, nous nous arrêtons au sanctuaire principal de la déesse Inari (associée au renard). Sur 4km, des milliers de toriis de toutes tailles créent un parcours de toute beauté. Le lieu ayant été mis en avant par de nombreux influenceurs ces dernières années, il y a énormément de touristes, mais la majorité d'entre eux s'arrêtent au début du parcours. Plus on monte, moins il y a de monde, et plus on s'enfonce dans la forêt, plus l'ambiance devient mystique. J280: le jour où j'ai grimpé le point culminant de la Corée du Sud . Aujourd'hui, c'est enfin le grand jour ! Après une semaine à repousser l'échéance, jonglant entre la flemme, une pointe de peur et quelques excuses du genre "Il y aura trop de monde ce weekend" ou "Le temps n'est pas idéal", je me décide enfin à gravir le Mont Hallasan, point culminant de la Corée. J'ai réservé mon départ en ligne il y a deux jours pour 6h30 du matin. Pourquoi si tôt ? Eh bien, tout simplement parce que cette rando est l'une des plus prisées du pays, et que le mont Hallasan exige une certaine prévoyance. C'est une sacrée grimpette : 9,5 km pour 1300 mètres de dénivelé positif, soit entre 8 et 10h de marche. La météo est aussi connue pour être très changeante sur cette montagne. Mais bon, avec mes onigiris et mes gimbaps bien calés dans mon sac, je me sens fin prête ! Je saute dans le premier bus à 5h45, scanne mon QR code à l'entrée du sentier Seongpanak à 6h30, et c'est parti pour l'aventure. Je double à peu près tout le monde sur le chemin, je réalise vite que je n'ai jamais été aussi en forme de ma vie, un des monsieurs que je double me fait même un petit commentaire au moment de le dépasser "Ça se sont des vrais mollets de randonneuse". Je ne sais pas si c'est un compliment, mais cela me fait bien rire quand je repense au "supplice" que fut l'ascensions d'Adams Peak au Sri Lanka, même pas 6 mois auparavant (166 jours auparavant exactement). La montée est surprenamment facile, même si un petit détour par Sara Oreum, un cône volcanique voisin, ajoute un peu de piquant à l'expérience. Je suis déjà au-dessus des nuages quand j'atteins le point de vue principal. Trois heures trente plus tard, à 10h, me voilà au sommet du Mont Hallasan, bien en avance sur les estimations. Mais bon, soyons honnêtes, la montée n'était pas la plus palpitante : des escaliers dans la forêt jusqu'au dernier kilomètre où je sors enfin des arbres pour dominer les nuages. . . . 🌏 THE GLOBAL TRIATHLON, day 392: (26.04.2024): Sideløbende med alt det skønne strand- og outdoor-liv, der folder sig ud her ved Manly Beach, så er det i høj grad (også) ‘hjemme’ i lejligheden, at de små hverdagsperler glimrer. At Lone og Carsten så hjerteligt har åbnet deres døre for mig & Trine har også åbnet op for et værdsat indblik i en danskerfamilies expat-tilværelse i en velfungerende Sydney-forstad - og det er særligt dejligt at mærke, at især drengene Tobias (10) og William (meget snart otte) også har taget imod os med smil, grin og åbne arme. Ved 9-tiden låner Trine og jeg familiens Holden-bil og kører op til Warringah Mall, et større shoppingcenter ca. 10 min. kørsel væk. Jeg har brug for noget varmere gear til New Zealand og får i et par outdoorbutikker uden store svinkeærinder fat i både a) en dunjakke, b) et par Goretex-vinterluffer, c) en elefanthue, d) en oppustelig hovedpude (85 g) og e) et par lange termo-løbetights. Udskrivning: 1.700 DKK (men så er jeg vist også klar til New Zealands klimatiske vinter-udfordringer). Som et vigtigt punkt på dagens dosmerseddel får jeg også fat i en cykelpapkasse (tak til cykelbutikken 99 Bikes!), som løbehjulet kan transporteres i på lørdagens NZ-flyvning. Det føles virkelig godt at få vinget disse ting af, ikke mindst fordi det frigør mere kærestetid. Med adgang til familiens frisørsaks, tilbyder Trine hjemme på terrassen at luge lidt ud i mine småbuskede øjenbryn, som uden TLC & pleje på sigt nok godt kunne give Ole Ernst kamp til stregen. Til gengæld får jeg lov til at studse lidt af frøkenens blonde hårspidser, hvilket jeg vist ikke har gjort i 2-3 årtier. 🌏 THE GLOBAL TRIATHLON, day 391: (25.04.2024): Det er 25. april og ANZAC Day i dag, en vigtig mærkedag i Australien og New Zealand til minde om dem, der “served and died in all wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations”. (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anzac_Day) Til formiddag går Trine og jeg ned til Manly Wharf og tager færgen ind til Sydney downtown. Endnu en gang solskinsstråler byen uhæmmet under den blå himmel, og temperaturen tillader det lette sommertøj. Vi tøffer rundt i Sydney centrum (CBD) hele eftermiddagen (rutekort på sidste billede), fordybet i konversation og fascination af, hvor smuk og imponerende Australiens største by er. Sent på eftermiddagen tager vi færgen retur til Manly og går ned til Little Manly Cove, hvor jeg har bestilt bord på en lille restaurant (Ripples) lige ud til vandet. Um dos 04 Boeings 777-300 com cabine Primeira Classe ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Após passar a noite em Doha, no Al Safwa Lounge, embarquei no voo para Hong Kong a bordo de um dos 04 Boeing 777-300 da Qatar que possuem cabine de Primeira Classe. Estes aviões foram emprestados pela Cathay Pacific e operam de Doha para Hong Kong e Male, nas Maldivas. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Na primeira classe, apesar de uma cabine antiga, são 06 assentos, super espaçosos e extremamente confortáveis. Em relação a primeira classe da Qatar no A380, achei esta cabine um pouco mais privativa. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ A duração do voo foi em torno de 7 horas. No serviço de bordo, sob demanda, a sugestão foi café da manhã e o almoço antes do pouso. O grande destaque foi o caviar e suas guarnições, servido com salmão balik e colheres de madre pérola, com vodka Beluga e champanhe Armand de Brignac. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ O atendimento da tripulação foi excepcional, extrema simpatia e proatividade. No to hop 🧜🏽 Chyba wewnętrzne odkażanie pomogło, bo czujemy się dużo lepiej. Bierzemy stroje kąpielowe i idziemy w miasto. Na basen pomyślicie? A właśnie że nie! Najpierw idziemy kupić bilety na jutrzejszy autobus, a następnie podekscytowani idziemy do cenoty, która znajduje się praktycznie w sercu miasta. Czym jest cenota? W uproszczeniu to podziemne jezioro/rzeka, której sklepienie się zawaliło bądź wymyło i powstał wielki otwór, przez który wpada światło dzienne. Mimo że cenota Zati znajduje się w bardzo turystycznym miejscu, to nie spotykamy wielkich tłumów. Plus podróży poza sezonem 😀 Kupujemy bilety wstępu, dostajemy kamizelki (zawsze trzeba je mieć na sobie) i wchodzimy do wody, by ocenić jej temperaturę. Jest dość chłodna, jednak w tak upalny dzień jak dziś nie przeszkadza to aż tak bardzo. Jest tutaj mały, około 2 metrowy klif, z którego dziewczyny skaczą do wody. My też musimy spróbować! Co za frajda 🤩 Skaczemy po kilka razy. Po drugiej stronie jest duży, 7 metrowy klif, na który Seba patrzy tęsknym wzrokiem. Nie wiemy jednak, czy można z niego skakać. Aż tu nagle widzimy, że znaleźli się śmiałkowie! Idziemy zerknąć jak to wygląda z perspektywy skoczka. Dobra, Seba się decyduje! Uff, co to był za lot. A wiecie co! Eliza też postanawia skoczyć 😀 Mimo że bała się nawet tego pierwszego, 2 metrowego klifu, to rozpędza się i HOP! Udaje jej się! Co za adrenalina 🫨 Niestety musimy się już zbierać, bo wejściówka jest tylko na godzinę. Po cenocie idziemy na targowisko pooglądać duperelki. Woda i adrenalina trochę męczą, więc idziemy trochę odpocząć do naszego pokoju i wychodzimy gdy brzuchy zaczynają grać marsza 😁 Trafiamy na super lokalne miejsce z tortas (takie kanapki). Widzieliśmy je już w dzień przyjazdu i była do tej budki ogormna kolejka 😀 Mniaaaam. Bucklers Hard in the New Forest National Park is a 18th century shipbuilding village on the stunning Beaulieu River. Boats for Admiral Lord Nelson were built here. 43 ships in total were built over its peak period including three that fought in the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805, HMS Euryalus, HMS Swiftsure and HMS Agamemnon. Today Bucklers Hard remains one of the top attractions in the New Forest National Park with a museum showcasing the importance of Buckler’s Hard. The area itself is an area of outstanding natural beauty and is a perfect place to enjoy the summer. With a river cruise, the village, cafes and a pub it’s great for kids and adults to enjoy. アルゼンチンにも塩湖があるというので行ってみました。標高3,450mにあるサリナス・グランデス。白くてまぶしくてサングラス必須！サルタから日帰りだと滞在時間が短くて物足りない。。道中またトルティージャ・レジェナがありました。これ本当好き。 Argentina also has salt flats.
