I love these toastie bags. So quick and handy to have around the house. They are under a fiver on Amazon. You just make a sandwich as normal, slide it into the bag and then pop in the toaster. One thing I will say is not to overdo fill it or your cheese won't melt. I must admit, I really do miss when Zoe would sleep til 8am. Slower Cooker Recipe Start by browning diced beef in a pan and remove any excess greasy liquid. Chop your onion and add it and beef into the slow cooker Add water to slow cooker - usually enough to level meat, it took me 600mls Add in beef stock cubes (I used two) I also added in red wine stock cube (optional) and a sprinkle of rosemary 🌿 Cook on low for around 8 hours. Remove some of the liquid and then add bisto gravy granules for desired thickness. I like to cook my vegetables (carrots, potatoes & broccoli) separately and then add to the stew but if you prefer to pop everything into the slow cooker then it's a good idea to chop your veg chunky so they don't turn to mush after 8 hours - speaking from experience 🙈 For puff pastry - follow instructions on the packet😋 I made 3 different types of potatoes cos people in my house don't all like the same kind. This is the first time I've actually air fried a chicken breast. I don't know why it's took me so long to get round to it but it turned out great. Let me know if you fancy the recipe 🌾 Ingredients 1 Large Chicken Breast 1 Cup of Rice 1 Leek 1 Large Onion 5 Large Carrots 3 Chicken stock 1 Veg Stock Chop up carrot, leek, onion & chicken and pop into a large pot, add cup of rice and stock cubes. Cornflakes & Banana Wee Zoe seems to be feeling so much better! What a relief. After her wee sleep at dinner time last night she refused toast, apple, cucumber and crisps! She did manage a wee handful of dry Cheerios. She refused juice and milk. We even tried several different cups and bottles to see if it would make a difference but she just shook her head rapid! It seems she just needed a good big sleep. When she woke this morn she reached for her water bottle and guzzled it down. Phew!
