I am lucky enough to have all the resources to DIY my own hand sanitizer for family and friends. I want to extend the offer to the local community, especially the most vulnerable. I have just a few personal 10ml spritzer bottles left and will be selling them full, literally for cost at $2ea. Sarah x (As promised, recipe is below) ⬇️ DIY HAND SANITIZER makes approx. 40ml 1/2 tsp carrier oil (coconut/jojoba etc) 2 tsp Aloe Vera Gel 12 drops antiviral essential oil (orange/eucalyptus/clove/tea tree) 6 drops vitamin E oil 3 tblspns Isopropyl alcohol (must be 70%+) Whisk all ingredients EXCEPT alcohol. Add alcohol 1 tblspn at a time and keep whisking....sometimes the Aloe clumps when the alcohol is added so add slowly and strain before bottling.

🚩 HABITS 🚩 Miss 13 got a little sunburnt yesterday and in my haste I said just grab the aloe spray from the back of the fridge. Recently we bought a hose extension for our washing machine to run the grey water out to the grass....FANTASTIC!...why didn't we do this sooner!....BUT it wasn't til a recent conversation that I considered what is actually in that water that we are flushing straight into the ground 🤔 My washing liquid isn't biodegradable or natural....so this was the last kick in the butt I needed to find an alternative. 🐜 INSECT REPELLENT 🐜 I just have to scream the praises of this blend! 🙌 I made this for our recent camping trip away and it was way more useful than I expected! The day after some heavy rain, about a billion ants decided to seek refuge on the kids swags and all over the tarps we had between. **FOAMING FACE WASH FOR TEENS** So the kids have just finished the last of a chemical filled face wash and whilst it did have great results, I didn't see why I couldn't make something equivalent....but safer and cheaper! So here's my recipe for the TEEN FOAMING FACE WASH.... 65g Pure Castile Soap 135g Distilled Water 8 drops Tea Tree oil 8 drops Lavender oil Pour the Castile Soap into the foaming soap bottle and add the oils. Give it a little swish around and leave for a minute for the oils to blend with the soap. Add the distilled water, put the lid on and shake! Done 👌 🌱 Tea Tree oil is antiseptic and antibacterial. 🌱 Lavender is soothing and also promotes healing. TIP: Distilled water is just boiled to remove any bugs or nasties. You can boil a big pot, cool it and place in a jug so you always have it on hand to make up your own green cleaning recipes 👌
