Der Krieger 2, der uns mit der ausgestreckten Hand den Weg zum Ziel weißt und uns hilft zu fokussieren. Und auch wenn du mit deinem Kind nicht den vorderen Arm ausstrecken kannst, weil du dein Baby hälst, so kannst du dir doch den vorderen Arm ausgestreckt vorstellen. Und allein dieses Bild hilft dir dich zu fokussieren und auf deinem Weg zu bleiben. Auch wenn es immer wieder Höhen und Tiefen und eine Phase-löst-die-nächste-Phase-ab-Zeiten mit deinem Kind gibt… eines habe ich gelernt: mit unseren Kindern wachsen wir und wenn wir in einer Tiefphase stecken, dann denke ich immer daran, dass das nächste Hoch kommt 😃 Armpositionen, die du gerne mal ausprobieren kannst. ➡️ Fliegergriff und hinterer Arm gestreckt ➡️ beide Hände am Kind ➡️ Größere Kind auf dem vorderen Oberschenkel absetzen und den hinteren Arm strecken ▶️ swipe for all Variations Und dann einfach mal statisch halten und atmen…. Krieger 1 mit Baby #yogamitbaby 👶🏼 asana of the week Manchmal ist der Alltag mit Baby ein Kampf 😖 Da gibt es oft die Tage wo rein gar nichts läuft wie Mama sich das denkt… Dann komme auf deine Matte und wecke den Krieger in dir! Der Krieger der dir wieder Kraft, Stärke und Mut gibt, auch diesen „blöden“ Tag hinter dich zu bringen und dich fit für den nächsten Tag macht. Dein Benefit: ➡️ kreiere Länge im Rumpf ➡️ besonders in der Variante 2️⃣ in der du dein Baby mit beiden Armen hebst, kannst du die Schultern entspannen und durch das Babygesicht nach unten ziehen lassen. ❗️Achtung: lasse die Brust aber geöffnet! Uttanasana mit Baby 👶🏼 #yogamitbaby 🙌🏻 asana of the week Auch in der Stehenden Vorbeuge kannst du wunderbar dein Baby integrieren. ↪️ halte dein Kind am besten mit den Bauch/Gesicht zur Matte, so können@seine Arme und Beine entspannt hängen. Probiere erstmal eine ganze Vorbeuge. ↪️ tut total gut, weil deine Arme und Schultern durch das Gewicht deines Kindes nach unten gezogen werden. Schulterbrücke mit Baby 👶🏼 #yogamitbaby 🙌🏻 asana of the week Eine gute Möglichkeit um mit Baby zusammen Yoga zu machen. Besonders mit jungen Babys macht das richtig Spaß. Und je größer dein Kind wird, desto anstrengender wird es für dich! 😅 Wenn dein Rückbildung abgeschlossen ist, dann probiere dich gerne an der Schulterbrücke. Entweder Variante 1️⃣ … dein Kind liegt auf deinen Beinen ⤵️ dynamisch heben und senken mit der Atmung oder statisch gehalten für 3-5 Atemzüge Oder für die schon sitzenden Kinder Variante 2️⃣ …dein Kind sitzt auf dem Brustbein ⤵️ not Dynamic but Static- hold for 3-5 breaths ↪️ Hier kannst du besonders gut das Brustbein-anheben üben…statt Bauch in die Höhe 😉 …bisschen Gewicht des Kindes macht es gleich zu einer noch kräftigerenden Übung 🙌🏻 Vielleicht beginnst du aber auch mit der easy Variante: die softe Beckenschaukel Diese Variante kannst du ziemlich gleich nach der Geburt starten, denn hier geht es nur darum das Becken mit der Atmung hin und her zu kippen. Also Bauch entspannt und Bauchnabel reinziehen, wobei gleichzeitig der Beckenboden aktiviert wird. The best present/gift I ever received? 🎁 I got it from ✨UNIVERSE✨ ⬇️ Being at the right time at the right place to meet my husband and getting two wonderful kids with him. ❤️❤️❤️ Oh and besides this I received this real-life-tall cuddly toy cat when I was ten years old…a white Persian cat… I never thought I would get it because it really was expensive for a stuffed animal… but yes I did! 🐱 I was so HAPPY 😃😃😃 I still have this cat…. Not white anymore and guess her fur is also not any more what you call Persian-cat-soft…. But I love it! 🌈KIDSYoga in der Grundschule 🌈 Diesmal ging es in der 3. und 4. Klasse um das Thema was Yoga mit uns machen kann. 🌈 In jeder Einheit durften die Kids nach dem Anfangsritual in sich hineinspüren und erkunden wie sie sich fühlen, was sie fühlen… ✏️ was dabei gefunden wurde, hat jedes Kind aufgemalt. 🌈 Und dann? 🌈 Dann ging es mit aufwärmen, Flow-en und bewegen weiter. YOGA-Wald 🌳🌳Our #place2be for Yoga in nature 🌳🌳 Ein paar Runden Sonnengruss geht immer und überall. Einfach mal atmen, strecken, lang machen, zusammen falten und sich beugen, sich kräftigen und wieder weiten… Der Sonnengruss kann soviel mehr außer das Aufwärmen, für das er oft herangezogen wird. Er lädt uns ein zu uns zu kommen, in den Fluss zu kommen und den Fokus auf die Matte zu lenken. Schon ein paar Runden klären den Geist und entspannen. Ich liebe Sonnengruss-Einheiten, in denen ich in den Sonnengruss Varianten einbaue, aber immer wieder zum „Grundgerüst“ zurückkehre. Ich finde Sonnengruss wird NIE langweilig! Und da im Februar die Waldarbeiter da waren und VIEL gelichtet haben, haben wir den Samstagvormittag genutzt um eine kleine Fläche an Schnittholz und Ästen frei zu räumen. Catching Fall Sun rays 🌞 After nine days of spending the time mostly alone and just in and around our house because of a positiv COVID test I am very happy to be back into normal life. 🌻 I am feeling quite good but there is still some tiredness inside of me and I guess it needs some more time to fully recover. 🌻 I eat healthy…with a lot of Antioxidations. Cranbeerys and pomegranate should help. I do pranayama and tapping the thymus. Keeping my feet warm and just try to hear and care to what my body tells me. This is about #familytime 🇬🇷 One of the most wonderful moments of our Rhodos holidays: Spending hours and hours snorkeling in the warm Water with my kids and husband. When you are an active person like I am and the Kids are younger it‘s sometimes not easy not to do the things you used to do before the kids. And of course I love my kids!! 💕 And than they are getting older (11 and 8😉) and suddenly they want to do things you like, too. So we all went for snorkeling and yes: It was one of the best Family moments. Our family snorkeling through the water, having fun while exploring the underwater nature and spending precious moments together, swimming side by side, just wonderful! Thanks for this moments! Enjoy the silence This is about the last 30 seconds of a magical moment. 🤩 I am an owl 🦉and I love the sunset and the time between Sunset and the full darkness. And one of the best moments is to be on the water watching the sun falling down the horizone. And it is always surprising how fast this happens and how you can count the last seconds of a sun-filled day. I just can‘t get enough of it and it is an amazing moment. Some People surely prefer without any clouds in the sky but I love it WITH clouds. This is about my Journey of straighten up. ↕️ .. I am still on the way but I see small changes. Which I celebrate 🥳 Since early childhood I have Morbus Scheuermann. In my teen years I had to do remedial gymnastics to work against this change in the Spine, mainly the vortexes of Upper back/chest. Also practising Karate for long years did help to get a better posture. But finally it was one sentence of a yoga Teacher I met three years ago which brought the ‚click‘. ✅ Since than I startet to straighten up. I mean really really and full-hearted 💯 🟡 I started to sleep on the back, not anymore lying frontside down I used to do for 40 years…which means that I woke up with aching back for at least one year… every day! The neck followed later… again pain and aching for 6 to 9 month… 🟡 I worked on opening the chest and shoulders. … yes I am still not able to do full Namasté hands behind the back but at least touching my fingers of both hands does work. 🟡 I often just stand in Tadasana and focus on what I feel in this pose. And yes, Mountain pose can be difficult. It‘s not the easy-Peasy pose everybody think it is. Tadasana is not only the straighten up with the body, but also in the inside. It expands inside. Season beginns 🌸 So tomorrow I have the first SUPYoga Event with a group of a bachelorette party. 👯♀️👯♀️👯♀️💍👯♀️👯♀️👯♀️ Time to inflate my board 💪🏻 And what I often see specially with I-just-bought-a-SUP-recently-People aka SUP beginners: They often inflate the board out of the Power of the arms together with doing a up and down move in the back. No Problem about it when you do this once… But if you do this often this can cause pain in the lower back. ⚡️ So always better for the back: ⤵️ Bend your knees and bring your total weight down on the Pump. Arms are straight and just slightly bend. This not only prevents your back from pain, you also will need less power in your Arms.
