Har sällskap av min fine vän @skogskunskap den här helgen. Målet är att ta det lugnt, tälja lite, hänga hängmatta och testa nya yxor. Kolla in några fina ställen här kring Hjörneredssjön utan att "provocera mitt knä". Träffade fysion i onsdags och en riktigt duktig läkare idag. Sprucken baker-systa, som förövrigt fanns med i min journal redan efter skidolyckan för två år sedan, men som tydligen bestämde sig för att brista för 2,5 vecka sedan. Menisken är nog inte heller riktigt hel. Stelt och svullet i knävecket. Fick bra antiinflammatoriska tabletter. Och konservativ behandling. Alltså ta det jävligt lugnt. Tur att jag övat på det ett bra tag redan då 😆 Kan ju bara konstatera att en hel kropp skulle sitta fint. Skönt att det finns massor av oprovocerande friluftsaktiviteter. Passet på å ha med Elsa og badetøy når jeg kjørte mamma til flyplassen ute på Karmøy i morges. Skal man først kjøre ut dit er ikke veien lang til å ta morgenturen langs Åkrasanden☀️. Dagen i dag er om mulig enda finere enn i går ☀️og jeg og Elsa gikk helt til Dueglåp bortenfor Ferkingstad, en stund siden jeg varet der. Stien går ikke hele veien, det har blitt satt opp en del gjerder men det gikk å gå/klatre rundt og vi tok veien tilbake til Ferkingstad og så merket rute tilbake til Åkrasanden. 🇩🇪 english below . . Schon mal probiert mit einem Drillbogen Feuer zu machen🔥? Das bringt mich jedes Mal zur Verzweiflung😅. Man nehme einen Bogen, ein Bohrbrett eine Spindel und ein Handstück. Über Reibung erzeugt man Glut, den gibt man auf den Zunder und fertig ist es. Sieht so einfach aus. Leider will der Bogen nicht so wie man selber will, die Hand wackelt, die Spindel springt raus, der Arm macht schlapp, es raucht im Handstück und nicht auf dem Bohrbrett🤷♀️ und und und. Übung macht den Meister wie bei allen Sachen. Es ist nicht meine Lieblingsbeschäftigung☺️, dass muss ich ehrlich zugeben, aber ich probiere mich immer mal wieder daran aus. Ich bin allerdings froh, dass es mittlerweile einfachere Methoden zum Feuer machen gibt😇. Hut ab vor den Menschen, die das früher so machen mussten, teilweise sogar mit der Hand🫣. . . Ever tried making fire with a drill bow🔥? It drives me to despair every time😅. Take a bow, a drill board, a spindle and a handpiece. You use friction to create embers, put them on the tinder and you’re done. It looks so simple. Unfortunately, the bow doesn’t want to do what you want, your hand wobbles, the spindle pops out, your arm goes limp, it smokes in the handpiece and not on the Bohrbrett🤷♀️ and and and. As with all things, practice makes perfect. It’s not my Lieblingsbeschäftigung☺️, I have to admit that honestly, but I try it out every now and then. However, I’m glad that there are now easier ways to make a fire😇. Bei traumhaften Wetter wurde die Woche bei uns diese Woche die Klettersaison eröffnet. 🧗♀️ Los ging es amSonntag mit meinem eigenen kleinen T5 Event, bei dem mehr Teilnehmer als erwartet vorbei kamen, um sich mal wieder in die Höhe zu schwingen oder mal zu sehen, wie das andere so machen 👀 Gestern nutzten @nemthe und ich dann den Feiertag für eine lange Radtour, die uns über den Feldberg bis nach Wiesbaden zum Altenstein führte. Hier hatte @ollis.welt_ zum ausgedehnten T5 Event eingeladen. PL/ENG⬇️ Dzisiaj obchodzimy Dzień Flagi🇵🇱, ale też Dzień Polonii i Polaków za Granicą. Wiem, że całkiem sporo tutaj odważnych i wspaniałych osób, które z różnych przyczyn wyjechały z Polski. Mam nadzieję, że w innych krajach odnaleźliście swoje miejsce i jesteście szczęśliwi!:) Że potraficie łączyć różne kultury i z każdej czerpać to co najlepsze. Ja śmiało mogę nazwać Szkocję swoim miejscem(przynajmniej na chwilę obecną), ale musiałam oduczyć się życia w rozdwojeniu, w dwóch różnych rzeczywistościach. Emigracja, bardzo dużo rzeczy nam zweryfikuje. Przede wszystkim relacje. Szybko dowiemy się komu tak naprawdę zależy. Bo przecież te osoby, które zostają też muszą się ten nowej sytuacji nauczyć, włożyć w naszą relacje nową energię, czas, wykazać zrozumienie. Życie na emigracji to tysiące różnych uczuć, często zupełnie kontrastujących ze sobą. To poczucie dumy i satysfakcji z odniesionych sukcesów. To ciągłe wychodzenie ze strefy komfortu. To przeżywanie porażek. Poczucie zawstydzenia. To radość odkrywania nowych miejsc i kultur. To nowe przyjaźnie,ale też często duża samotność. To poczucie bycia Innym. Niezrozumianym. Obcym. To nowe umiejętności. Motywacja. Wyobrażenia. Praca nad sobą. To zmiana. Jeżeli macie ochotę to podzielcie się swoją historią. Dlaczego wyjechaliście? Za czym tęsknicie najbardziej i czy planujecie powrót do Polski? Odezwijcie się też dzisiaj do tych, którzy żyją w innym kraju, niech wiedzą, że są ważni. . . IM APRIL kam ich zwar nur auf 147km - diese waren aber wesentlich INTENSIVER als in den Monaten zuvor. Ich habe nämlich endlich die Kurve geschafft mit INTERVALL-TRAINING zu beginnen und war bereits das 5. Mal bei @tanja_griessbaum im Leistungstraining auf der Bahn 🙋♀️. Es ist zwar MEGA anstrengend für mich, aber das Gefühl danach - es geschafft zu haben - ist einfach GENIAL 🤩! Muskulär muss ich allerdings aufpassen, denn in der Vergangenheit habe ich mir bei diesen Trainingseinheiten oftmals Verletzungen zugezogen und auch diesmal merke ich danach meine rechte Wade. Ich hoffe mein regelmäßiges Stabilisationstraining zahlt sich aus.
