My #transformationtuesday isn't about my weight loss transformation, it's about my mindset transformation. The girl on the right was about 25lbs down & determined to get to her goal no matter. Obsessed over the scale, how much she worked out & the calories she consumed. The girl on the left is 70lbs down, eats a healthy amount, workouts out daily but doesn't sweat it if she can't & knows the scale doesn't move at the speed of light & is ok with it. I like the girl on the left. She is realistic, happy & not obsessing. This journey is going to be a lifelong one & not every moment can be spent obsessing about losing weight.
