My Client Tanya Lost 21 Pounds in 24 Weeks‼️🔥👏 👉🏼225-204 @barbells.n.braids Tanya came with some goals of wanting to better health, confidence, lose weight and gain more education on Macros. Shes a 51 year young #badass and lost 21 pounds with me and still got to enjoy her favorite foods! Here’s a bit of her story: “I have struggled my entire life with my weight. Thanks to all of you that sent happy wishes for my 51st trip around the ☀️ sun! Greg told me our first reservation was at 5:30 so be home from Jeff City in time. We had a lovely dinner at BAO in Clayton. Spicy Tuna Nachos, Dumplings and Birthday Beignets… yes please!  Then we drove downtown for the entertainment portion. There were massive crowds of teenagers and twenty odds dressed in lavender, black tights and bows. I said our we going to Olivia Rodrigo?!?!?! He said… ummm something more OUR speed. Golden Girls at the Stifel Theater. Golden Girls in complete drag that is!!! It was so much fun. Betty White would have approved!! Body board in the winter ocean. Mike has been asking me to try it with him and he did all the prep work finding what I needed to make it happen! This would not have happened without him!
