Práve vyšiel ďalší Milostný dopis, tentokrát taký, ku ktorému to parádne sadne. Ide totiž o: ➡️ Milostný dopis Bridgertonovi od @blackfire.cz 💬 Už pár týždňov doma s deťmi valíme koťátkovskú verziu Mocichtivý mazlíci, ale Bridgertonovci sú proste Bridgertonovci (dámy určite chápu 🤷‍♀️ ). 💬 A tak od tejto verzie čakám herné partie hlavne s kamoškami, pri ktorých sa do jednotlivých rolí viac vcítime. Niežeby to ale u Milostného dopisu bolo nejak nutné. 💬 Hra je v zásade skoro identická tej najnovšej verzii klasického Milostného dopisu. Nájdete tu staré známe čísla aj ich efekty. Nechýba číslo 0, ktoré bola špiónka, tu je to Daphne, ani číslo 6, pomocou ktorého si doberiete dve karty, jednu si necháte a zvyšnú dáte naspodok balíčka. 💬 Jedinou úplnou novinkou je karta bez čísla, označená symbolom kráľovskej koruny. A na nej nikto iný než kráľovná Šarlota. Tento efekt vám umožní vyradiť hráča, alebo aj hráčov s najnižšou hodnotou na ruke. Efekt parádny, takže ju rozhodne chcete vždy zahrať. Nechať si ju na ruke do konca hry by bol čistý nezmysel (nemá totiž žiadne číslo a prehrala by každý súboj). 💬 Tak toľko pre tých, čo hru Milostný dopis poznajú. A pre tých ostatných, rýchle predstavenie: 💬 Ide o extrémne rýchlu (a občas aj návykovú) hru, ktorú si zahráte s deťmi, aj s dospelákmi ako úžasný filler. A nezapadne ani ako party hra k nejakému pivu, či vínu. 💬 Pravidlá vysvetlíte za pár sekúnd, pretože na ruke máte vždy jednu kartu. Keď ste na ťahu jednu kartu si doberiete a potom jednu z týchto kariet vyložíte. Tým spustíte jej efekt o ktorých je celá hra. 💬 Vašou úlohou je zostať v hre čo najdlhšie a ideálne aj s nejakým vysokým číslom, ak by došlo na záverečné porovnávanie hodnôt. Lenže tie efekty, ako ich zahrať, kedy a na koho, to je celé kúzlo tejto jednoduchej hry s pár kartami. Ak Milostný dopis nepoznáte, rozhodne nejaký vyskúšajte. Another play of Flamecraft! . I've played Flamecraft only four times so I can't call myself a veteran in any means, though. I'm not sure how much replayability it stands or at least I don't get the feeling that I want to play it repeatedly in a short amount of time. . But I still enjoy this game as it is. The rules are relatively simple and at least with two players it plays in about 45 to 60 minutes. This mini expansion not only adds more cool monsters but also a cool tribe deck. A “curse” status can make moving through different tiles tough as well as triggers from the monster/tribe cards. The missions require you to find and beat the bosses as well as finding allies and transporting them to safety. It is a 3 mission campaign and easy to knock it out in about 2 hours. Expedition Leaders takes the game to the moon at the point that it should be included in the base game 😂 Last time I tried the Captain. Carcassonne 🇫🇷 * An epic 3 player game which included SIX expansions: Inns & Cathedrals, Princess & Dragon, Count, King & Robber, Hills & Sheep, Under The Big Top and The Phantom. I’d been fancying a big game of Carcassonne and even considered including all the expansions (but that would require a full day 🫣). I left out 5 expansions and the game still took us around 4 hours to finish. It was a great match… up until the yellow player used a princess to boot me out of a mega-city I’d built from scratch, handing it to the pink player in a betrayal worthy of Game Of Thrones. Last week I had a fun game night with local friends @darylandrews, @littlemeeples, @jennarosebeasley, @gamesandgrapes, and @boardgaymergirl! Learned all sorts of games new to me and had an awesome time! Stalk Exchange (@theopgames): A really pretty game about having the stakes in the right type of flower at the end for scoring. Tiles are drafted and placed onto a puzzley board that determines which flowers bloom and which are harvested. Surrounding a single type of flower with other types sends them to the main board, increasing their point value for the endgame! Garden Geckos (@tinrobotgames): A 6 player game of Garden Geckos was as chaotic as it was pretty. It was really hard to get the insect links necessary to hit the goal cards, and my personal point card didn’t do me any favours. Had 1 point by the end of it! Rob Rally (@wizardsofthecoast): The real chaotic event of the night, this action programming game pits robot against robot, trying to hit multiple checkpoints. After every action, you could be hit by a laser, or whisked away on a conveyor belt. The existence of a timer didn’t help at all! Life in Reterra (@hasbro): This quaint tile laying game from @eric_lang seems to have tons of replayability, what with its many different sets of scoring cards. Its art of a hopeful post-apocalyptic future is also wonderfully thematic! What did you play this weekend?

Auf geht's zu den Tieren vom Ahorntal 😊🦔🐇 In diesem süß gemachten Familienspiel versuchen wir nicht nur unsere Arbeiter bestmöglich zu platzieren, sondern auch die passenden Würfel dafür 🎲 So versuchen wir über 3 Jahreszeiten (Everdell lässt grüßen 😅) unser Heim bestmöglich für den Winter vorzubereiten 🏠 Wir errichten Schaukelstühle, kochen Eintopf, erfinden Brettspiele, stricken uns eine Kuscheldecke und vieles mehr. Dies alles wird durch Karten repräsentiert, die wir im Laufe des Spiels durch abgabe von Ressourcen ausspielen können. Verschiedene Einsetzfelder auf dem Spielplan ermöglichen es den Spielern Ressourcen zu bekommen, zu tauschen, Karten auf die Hand zu nehmen oder sein Heim in der Werkstatt aufzurüsten. So habe ich in meiner gestrigen Partie eine Schubkarre gebaut 💪🏼Sie ermöglichte es mir, immer eine Ressource mehr auf einem Feld zu nehmen. Ist ja auch logisch...ist ja eine Schubkarre 😅 Das besondere ist, dass wir zusätzlich zu unseren Arbeitern auch Würfel haben. Diese müssen in eine bestimmten Formation auf die Felder gelegt werden, wo wir bereits unsere Arbeiter platziert haben (z.b. 2 Würfel müssen zusammen kleiner sein als 5) Dies variiert von Runde zu Runde. Das schwierige ist, wir kennen nur das Würfelergebnis unserer eigenen 2 Würfel bevor wir unsere Arbeiter komplett verteilen müssen. Erst danach würfelt man die 4 allgemeinem Würfel. So kann es halt auch passieren, dass man sich verplant. Natürlich gibt es aber Mittel und Wege die Würfelergebnis etwas zu manipulieren. Trotzdem sollte man nichts gegen Würfelglück haben in diesem Spiel 😅 Ich wurde gestern häufiger gefragt, ob man es mit Everdell vergleichen kann. Ich würde sagen, von der Schwierigkeit her siedelt sich die Tiere vom Ahorntal zwischen My Lil Everdell und dem normalen Everdell an. Es gibt keine Würfeln bei Everdell und wir haben auch direkt all unsere Arbeiter zur Verfügung. Bis auf schöne Karten, die man durch Abgabe von Ressourcen auslegen kann und die Jahreszeiten sehe ich keine große Ähnlichkeit. Trotzdem hat man auch hier ein Wohlfühlgefühl wie bei Everdell (ich jedenfalls 🥰) Selbst meinem Mann hat es gefallen 😅 Habe ihr es schon gespielt? 🐇🦔🎲

•A new office game to play with my colleagues at work. The theme and gameplay sounds really cool. •Mission Control: Critical Orbit is an asymmetric, cooperative, roll and write, real-time rescue adventure. One player takes on the role of the Aethernaut Flight Commander, and up to 3 players take on the roles of Flight Controllers. Each of the Controller players have unique tasks that earn tools the Aethernaut player needs to restore oxygen and critical systems to the damaged rocket. If the Aethernaut can build a path with polyominoes before the 20 minute timer runs out, you win! Today was a belated get together for lots of birthdays, mine, the missus, and my brother. So of course that meant games! My mom and brother have become obsessed with the Firefly board game so they insisted on bringing that over and teaching us. It was pretty fun although through luck of initial setup little man pretty much skated to victory. After that we tried my birthday present from them Spellbook. I’d thrown it on my list on a whim and it turned out to be a lot of fun and a huge hit with my wife. Needless to say it’ll hit the table again because of that. Great time had by the fam and a great way to celebrate 42 spins around the sun!

After the Empire by @greyfoxgames hit the table on Friday night. I really enjoy this game it plays like you have your own little battle you’re playing. It all starts with a wood castle and you upgrade to fend off the invaders you win some and lose some walls. I was able to finish the game only losing one wall. Finishing up Fun-K Town with a massive game of Dune! With the help of a couple of experienced players, we were able to learn and play. The game's most strategic plays can be found in the deck of treachery cards. Atreides masterfully documented the cards during bidding, forming an alliance with the Fremen for a Stronghold victory gambit. The Spacing Guild carried Harkonnen a bit, suppling them with cards, and manipulating plays. The Emperor and Bene Gesserit teamed up and nearly monopolized the cards and economy. Yesterday, we hung out with E's old friends and with a big group of 8, our friend pulled out Detective Club for a fun play. It's a story-telling game that is quite similar to Dixit; each round there would be a gamemaster who would hand out a theme to all the other detectives, save for the conspirator. Everyone would then have to place out 1-2 cards that aligned with the theme given; then came the best part - a test of everyone's bull-shitting skills (the conspirator having the biggest test!) to justify how the cards each player placed out aligned with the theme. It's an enjoyable game for a big group that determines two things: 1. who were the good marketers who could cook up a story about just almost anything, 2. who were the fastest quick-thinking bullshitters. We got a sliver of time yesterday to play, so I asked my son to pick any game he wanted! He comes back with this beauty. And we had a lot of fun! I'm happy playing anything as long as his handsome face is across the table!! I would share pics of him, but he doesn't want to be 'on the internet.' He's a bit smarter than I am 🤷‍♂️ And of course, I had to add my flavor to the photos... It ended up being a close call. Basically whoever spun the higher number first was going to be the winner. So my victory wasn't as sweet. In our journey through #24countriesin2024 we’re now playing a game set in Denmark! This is a challenge from bookstagram where we read 24 books set in different countries in 2024. Im doing books but also board games! This is not the Stefan Feld Copenhagen (I mention that as we were asked a few times while we were playing it). In this game you are trying to create the most visually pleasing building facade. You draft colour cards from the dock, two at a time and they must be adjacent to each other on the dock. You then spend a number of cards equal to the size of tile you want to place on your player board. So four cards for a tile that covers four spaces, and they have to be the same colour. You have quite a tight hand size though so it’s often difficult to build up to the number of cards you need for the tile you want. You’ll get points for completed rows and columns, but if you manage to do it so it’s all windows you get double points. There are also coats of arms on the building board and when you cover these you can take special power tiles, refresh power tiles or take the one space tiles to fill in gaps. This was a fun tile laying game! It looked really nice too with the lovely rainbow colours for the building tiles and the box had some nice interior artwork. Die gesamte Welt wird von 4 verschiedenen Krankheiten heimgesucht, die sich immer weiter ausbreiten. Wir spielen uns in 12 - 24 Partien durch die Monate eines Jahres und versuchen die Ausbreitung der Krankheiten einzudämmen, Heilmittel zu finden und die Welt zu retten. Dabei entwickelt sich die Geschichte immer weiter und unsere Verluste und Siege haben unwiderruflich Einfluss auf den Verlauf der weiteren Handlung. 💭 MEINE MEINUNG: Ich liebe kooperative Spiele, gerne natürlich Kampagnen und das I-Tüpfelchen sind gut gemachte Legacyvarianten. Eine Story die sich aufbaut und von Partie zu Partie immer weiter getragen wird, zieht mich gut ins Spiel. Noch toller ist es allerdings, wenn Entscheidungen oder Spielergebnisse auch wirklich Einfluss auf das weitere Spielgeschehen haben. Bis jetzt habe ich noch nie so tolle Spielerlebnisse gehabt, wie bei Pandemic Legacy Season 1 und 2. Deshalb kann ich diese uneingeschränkt empfehlen und gebe meine Bestnote und freue mich auf Season 0! MEINE BEWERTUNG: 🦋 10 / 10 ❔ Kennst du das Spiel? Lass gerne deine Meinung da..
