What makes you hit that “send” button on the “let’s schedule another session” email/text? What, in your own words, makes us different, and there aren’t wrong answers! Similarly, we love knowing the good stuff, but to grow you gotta hear the other too… if there’s something that you wish we’d change, or something that prevented you from hiring us, we’re looking for any of that feedback too. At the end of the day, this has always been a labor of love to our art and to be able to only need to do this to keep bills paid… but if you’re unwilling to hear where you may need growth, that’s not healthy for anyone. 💗 Here’s a Gal-entine’s Day brunch cocktail recipe for you! This recipe was one I learned at a cocktail class by @bob_peters . He has graciously allowed me to share the recipe with you here. (Scroll down.) Aside: A friend of mine reached out to me, and brought to my attention that so many images of drinks are masculine. As a whiskey drinker, she took exception to this. Fair point. So I’m showing this drink in all its feminine glory. Here’s one for the girls! 🍸 Bookmark it! GENTLE START by @bob_peters 2 oz vodka 1/2 oz St. Germain (elderflower liqueur) 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice Soda water Garnish w/lemon wheel Shake ingredients with ice until the shaker gets frosty. Strain with a Hawthorne strainer, then through a regular fine strainer. Top with soda water, then stir with a long spoon. Enjoy!
