Maipilz, Mairitterling, Georgsritterling (Calocybe gambosa) Natürlich ist es das Nonplusultra einen Erstfund allein aufzustöbern. Aber auch wenn einem so ein herrlicher Fund über die interne Pilzmeldekette in’s Haus flattert, ist die Freude kaum geschmälert. Den Mailpilz habe ich bisher in meiner Hood vergeblich gesucht. Dass sie sich im Nachbardorf einfach in einem Garten mit leichter Südhanglage im ungemähten Rasen in der Nähe eines Apfelbaumes tummeln, war also nicht vorauszusehen. Aber auf meine Pilzmeldekette ist und bleibt Verlass! Eigentlich wird dem Mairitterling eine Vorliebe für kalkhaltige Böden nachgesagt - diese Stellen sind im eher sauer geprägten Erzgebirge also rar gesät. Vielleicht hängt sein Erscheinen in meiner Heimat aber auch mit den stetig steigenden Temperaturen, vor allem im Frühling zusammen? Der Laie rätselt und der Fachmann wundert sich… Seit zwei Jahren sind die Maipilze in jedem Fall am Standort im Nachbarort angesiedelt und wachsen dort in einem wunderbaren Hexenring. Mit mehligem Geruch, ritterlingstypischem Burggraben zwischen Stiel und den dicht stehenden Lamellen, festem weissem Fleisch und leicht hygrophanen Hüten. Ein herrlicher Pilz, welcher zudem auch noch hervorragend schmecken soll. Ich durfte mir einige Exemplare mitnehmen und werd diese natürlich mit größter Freude verkosten. Als Erstfund werde ich den Mairitterling aber trotzdem erst dann verbuchen, wenn ich ihn selbst einmal aufstöbere! Voici un joli champignon éponge, facile à reconnaître, le fameux SPARASSIS CRISPA (ou sparassis crépu ou morille d'automne ou clavaire crépue ou morille des pins, morille blanche, crête de coq ou choux-fleur), ou Forelhaenel en alsacien. 🆔️ Sparassis crispa ➡️ Fungi / Basidiomycota / Agaricomycetes / Polyporales / Sparassidaceae C’est le champignon éponge, facile à reconnaître, le fameux SPARASSIS CRISPA (ou sparassis crépu) C'est un vrai plaisir de le rencontrer, parfois vous avalerez plusieurs fois des kilomètres et vous serez bredouille, je précise dans une forêt, dont le sol doit être acide pour son développement. Vous ne le trouverez qu'au pied des pins 🌲🌲🌲, ou de souches de pins, exceptionnellement de sapins (conifères). Les pins sylvestres de la forêt de Haguenau sont des très bons arbres hôtes. Et puis, sans que vous y croyez, Euréka, c'est le vrai bonheur des yeux et de l'odorat, vous sentirez l'odeur de champignon, il sera là devant vous, tout fier, en boule. Mais pour être sûr que c'est un Sparassis crispa, vous devrez vérifier au niveau de "l'éponge", que les rameaux ou spatules, doivent être aplatis, dentelés, ciselés, ondulés et compacts. Leur couleur sera crème beige claire à fauve clair, même à tendance roussissant quand il est vieux. Son odeur est douce, voir parfois rappelant la noisette. C'est un bon, voir très bon comestible 😋😋🍽🍽😋😋, très recherché en Alsace. Son identification est facile, il faut juste NE PAS LE CONFONDRE avec son cousin le SPARASSIS BREVIBES ou laminosa, qui est plus petit, plus jaune, avec les rameaux spatules plus plates, plus épaisses, non ondulées, poussant sur souches de feuillus chêne ou hêtre, mais piètre comestible, car il dégage une odeur de javel. Bismillah. [Soil+Grasses+Cows=Plants+Cowdung Mushrooms] There was a truck dumping soil on top of the rocks per a few posts back eh. That soil brought in it seeds and what not. And so, the grasses be grassing and holding the soil together. Who became happy? Apparently, the people developing the reclamation and the cowherds. At the end, the cows grazed, left other seeds belonging to Plantae kingdom in the soil, and continued their journey. --- Now I kinda regret that I deleted "the cowdung mushrooms on the bovine fecal matter I found" after my mom told me so lol. Spent yesterday afternoon foraging for Saffron Milk Caps. Picked enough for a lovely potato, parsley, garlic and mushroom sautee. The rest will be dehydrated and pickled for use throughout the year. MANTAR AVI @fungiturkey etkinliğiydi. Ben hep mantar bilen biri bana anlatsın. Bak bu yenir desin istiyordum. Önüme etkinliğin reklamı düşünce düşünmeden başvurdum. Dağcılıkta beni mantar fotoğraflıyorum diye tanıdılar dldlfld aslında çiçek insanıyım ama neyyse konuyu saptırmayım. Mantar toplarız, foti çekerim, temiz hava alırım, güzel mantarlı yemekler yerim diye gittim. Açıkçası yemekleri bu kadar iyi beklemiyordum onu başka postta anlatırım. İlk gün hava durumu beni üzse de ikinci gün güneş açınca iyi geldi. Orman havası sakindi. Bu dönem kurak geçti diyeymiş, mantar yoktu. Tek tük topladık. Mart mantarı varmış o yörede o mevsimde. Benim amacım daha çok fotoğraflamaktı açıkçası. Keyifliydi. Bir de sonbahar döneminde gitmek istiyorum. inşallah. #fungi #mantar
