With the breakfast options being limited at Disneyland Park (most food locations open 10:30 am for lunch) we decided to try this breakfast burrito from Galactic Grill! Galactic Grill is one of the few breakfast spots at Disneyland (8-10:30am) ☀️ We have tried their other breakfast options and definitely recommend each of them 🤗 Since we enjoy trying new items each time we go, we went with the Soy Chorizo Burrito. Overall, the burrito was decent. The chipotle sauce was watery, which we didn’t expect! There was a strong taste coming from the soy chorizo, which is pretty common with plant-based meals. This didn’t affect the taste but it is something that stayed with me. The spicier potatoes were probably my favorite part! They were well seasoned and meshed well with the grilled peppers and egg! 😋 Overall, would we get it again? Probably not bc we’ve had tastier breakfast options at the park, but we are glad we tried it at least once ! I’m used to them being overcooked and greasy, but these were still a bit fluffy inside and cooked fresh. The maple butter sauce was the star, providing great flavor without being too sweet. The salad comes with chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, and feta, topped with a pepper-ranch dressing. Y'all, I don't even like red peppers and this is absolutely an exception. Sweetheart's Surf 'n' Turf Fries at Galactic Grill in DLR. Only available during Sweetheart's Nite. We had a blast last night. We didn't get to try too many food items because we mainly focused on photo locations, but this was a late night snack. These fries were a home run. It’s tasty and refreshing, but it’s very herbaceous…I really can’t tell what flavor is coming through 🤣 I’m going to say 7/10 and I may get it again if I’m looking for a flavorful drink, but I know my kids would definitely not like it because of that herby taste. Next up is the Chopped Salad with Red Pepper Ranch Dressing. I’ve had this one before and it is delicious, a 10/10! It has lettuce, cucumber, red onion, red bell pepper, and feta cheese. It actually also comes with chicken, but what I love about this salad is that you can mobile order it and select to leave the chicken off! Still the same price either way, $10.99. You can also order the salad as gluten friendly, but because they prepare the dressing and there is cross contamination, they will substitute a packet of Italian dressing. This is the Meat-eorite Burger from Galactic Grill which has Lime Avocado Mayo, pickled onions, candied bacon, chimichurri relish, and a brioche bun. Now the brioche with candied bacon is nice, and the chimichurri relish with pickled onions is nice, but all four together just don’t work. A newer cold brew has finally made its’ way into my hands and mouth. The Banana Cream Cold Brew at Galactic Grill is blowing my mind!! It is your traditional Joffrey’s Coffee Cold Brew with Banana Milk Foam, Whipped Cream and Vanilla Wafers. You would think that the cold brew has pumps of banana syrup but the foam has actual banana in it which really helps in the taste. Like jenn8278 mentioned before, I was thinking Laffy Taffy banana but I was pleasantly surprised of the real banana. BUT, DO NOT mix the drink.
