Today I did a Best Of London tour. It was a fantastic tour and my tour guide John was extremely knowledgeable. An Irish man who asked my surname and immediately said, Maloney, you are more Irish then I 🤣 We first visited Buckingham Palace, unfortunately the changing of the guard was cancelled as there was a major event at the palace. We then went to Westminster Abbey which was awesome. Our next stop was St Paul’s Cathedral….wow. Amazing!!! We walked through, absolutely breathtaking. Pictures do not do it justice. Our next stop was The Tower Of London, a quick lunch of Fish and Chips before entering and seeing the Crown Jewels, spectacular!!!! (unfortunately no pics allowed) Also a good photo op for The London Bridge. We then boarded a boat ride down the River Thames where we had great picture opportunities of Big Ben and London Eye. I then boarded an old double decker bus for the trip to Harrods for tea and scones (and shopping for a Rolex) Harrods is certainly an eye opening experience (and I looked at Rolex’s only 🤣) Throughout the day I snapped plenty of other pictures which I have added a heap more to Facebook. Tomorrow I’m off to the home of Cricket, Lords. Super excited to see in person, watched so many famous moments in Cricket happen on TV.
