好像好久沒有更新, 這次的原因的確就是因為最近少去了行山...但這也是無可厚非, 繼一場非常辛苦的流感之後, 便是一個月以來每一個週末都是在下雨. 很難得等到一個沒有雨的週末, 即使天色還是不怎麼樣, 但山還是得上一上. 相隔如此久, 除了天氣熱多了之外, 身體也因缺乏訓練沒那麼大信心...結果便選了一條落坡遠比上坡少的路線, 然而有趣的還是找路的部份. 路線: 嶼南道 ▶ 南山觀景台 ▶ 原路下降 ▶ 南山 ▶ 原路下降 ▶ 鄉村古道/ 南山古道 ▶ 蝴蝶山 / 63m 山頭 ▶ 原路下山 ▶ 梅窩鄉事會路 ▶ 梅窩巴士站 全長: 5.4 km 上坡: 210m, 下坡: 350m 用時: 約1.5小時 風景評價: 3-/5 整體難度: 2/5 路面狀況: 山路 ▶ 石屎路 ▶ 山路 ▶ 馬路 斜度: 中低 暴曬度: 2+/5 標高柱量: 3 (南山 x 2, 63m山頭 x 1) 附註: - 南山觀景台之前往大牛湖頂已經去過, 只是想增加一下此路線風景分才去的, 反正要原路下山, 可選擇跳過 - 南山的路非常好走, 在上山之前有一片草地, 上山的路為石屎及石級路, 其頂有一舊 (圖3) 一新的標高柱 - 山頂風景 (圖4) 主要是下望銀礦灣一帶的風景, 但被建築物和小丘遮掩, 風景一般 - 鄉村古道和南山古道分野並不明顯, 地圖上標示前者的英文名也叫作Old Nam Shan Path, 恐怕是差不多的吧 - 蝴蝶山在地圖上並沒有標記有路可上, 但實際上由鄉事會路有小路穿過草原和廢屋 (圖6)後便有一條清晰的山路上山, 甚至還有絲帶 - 蝴蝶山山頂沒有標認, 風景倒是不錯 (圖1), 其側的63m山頭沒有名字, 但卻有一條古舊的標高柱 (圖7) - 在山上似乎有路可以下山, 但為了安全還是選擇原路上落, 畢竟安全第一 - 最後沿大路慢慢走回梅窩巴士站便有多條路線回到市區 - 整體來說這條路線其實挺沒挑戰性的, 主要難度是在地圖沒有路線之下靠自己找路上山的探索部份, 但這也是一種樂趣哩 #行山 #遠足 #香港行山 #香港遠足 #行山路線 #大嶼山 #標高柱 #打卡 #梅窩 #南山 #蝴蝶山 #沙灘 #行山好去處 #hiking #hkhiking #hikinghk #hongkonghiking #hikingtrail #lantauisland #muiwo #butterflyhill #namshan #seaview #summerhike #hikesolo

非洲樂器 香港製造：定居梅窩推廣世界音樂 （Part 2) 撰文：HY 相：HY&Travis 享受當下 做一個玩樂家 當初 Travis 搬出來自己生活，本來是希望擁有更大自由度的工作和生活空間，但是市區始終太多人，於是他把目光投向離島。「大嶼山給我的感覺，就是大山大水。」四年前，他決定搬入梅窩。「每一次回到梅窩，就是感覺放鬆。」 近郊和市區的生活方式截然不同，他發現街坊對生活都有自己的一套看法。慢慢地，Travis 也開始重塑自己對生活的定義，就是要「識嘆」。海灘與住所只是相距五至十分鐘，游水、曬太陽都輕而易舉，生活比起市區寧靜，休息效果更好，Travis 獲得了恢復的能量。 因為音樂，Travis 結識了一群在大嶼山生活的音樂人。他曾經與位於梅窩東坑尾的 Ark Eden 合作，也曾在貝澳與音樂朋友舉辦營火聚會。有一次，他又跟一群民族音樂家，配合即興舞蹈的舞者，在尖沙咀文化中心演出，後來認識了其中一位鼓手「阿蚊」，才發現對方也是梅窩居民。 訪問期間，剛完成銅鑼浴的導師 Yumi 路過小店，她住在市區，但是特地來梅窩教授銅鑼。寒喧幾句，她就說要跟 Travis 即興演奏。她擱下菜市場的收穫，提著銅鑼邊敲邊舞動。在大嶼山社區，街坊之間共享技能和才藝，就是來得如此自然。女朋友加露認為Travis是個「玩樂家」，他非常同意：「玩樂並非孩子專利，成年人也要通過玩樂排遣負面情緒。我現在做的所有事情，都是從玩樂出發，讓自己能夠享受當下。」 碼頭施工 小店只能 let it go 未來 Pop-up 社區實驗 MoreMoreGoods 的舖位原本是做地產，Travis 接手後，將小店想像做一個飾櫃，自己則是這間選物店的「實體卡片」。因為工作關係，Travis不是每日開舖，但是路人也能透過落地玻璃，一窺神奇角落展示的水晶、樂器、飾品、手工藝品等。 開店以後，區外人或遊客路經小店都會望多兩眼，甚至漸漸成為街坊的聚腳地。有些街坊從市區放工回到梅窩，不想馬上回家，碰巧他們開店，就會在店前空間坐坐，飲啤酒吹水放鬆。 由於碼頭開始施工，小店營運了九個月就要結業。Travis雖覺可惜，但是也樂意 “let it go”。MoreMoreGoods 本來就是一個社區實驗，並非長期計劃，未來他想以Pop-up store的方式，經營一個小士多，繼續展示自己的興趣和熱情，推廣世界音樂。 請支持大嶼小報 https://liker.land/zh-Hant/like16zqftgzglatd8deuqjvlakmnq029kq6nl0s233?tab=created #社區報 #LantauConnects #大嶼山 #muiwo #大嶼音樂 #大嶼小報 #離島 #梅窩 #Asalato #Didgeridoo #自製 #自然 #亞沙拉圖

非洲樂器 香港製造：定居梅窩推廣世界音樂 （Part 1） 撰文：HY 相：HY&Travis 梅窩碼頭，一間小店門外，圍了一圈人，有人埋頭打磨果實，有人用繩子串起兩顆果實。「這是來自西非的樂器 Asalato（亞沙拉圖）。」Travis 介紹，他是 MoreMoreGoods 小店創辦人，正在帶領一場樂器工作坊。Asalato 是小型沙搥，繩子兩端的果實內填入了種子。在人們一甩一抓時，果實會互相碰撞發出聲響，能夠演奏複雜的節奏和聲音，玩得興起時更可以舞動身來玩樂。 在梅窩碼頭，海浪拍岸，風吹過樹葉，在大自然的環境有更多自然的律動和聲音配合樂器。「我時常在參加者身上看見自己當初接觸 Asalato 時，感到饒有趣味，玩得不亦樂乎的樣子。」小店附近有一片草地，在天氣好的日子，Travis 會帶參加者在草地試玩Asalato。有一次，一位九十多歲的伯伯在工作坊完結後跟他說：「我做人這麼多年，工作多年，看着孫兒出世，原來我未試過躺在草地上放鬆。」 音樂其實很簡單 Travis 自幼已經對音樂有興趣，但是學校的音樂課並非為了解答「音樂是怎樣來的」而存在。好奇心使然，Travis 在初中認識了「腔棘 Coelacanth」的成員，腔棘是一個在香港玩民族音樂的組織，專注於即興音樂的演奏形式。Travis 因此接觸到澳洲原住民製造的吹奏樂器 Didgeridoo（迪吉里杜管）。在一千多年前，澳洲原住民發現，尤加利樹幹被白蟻蛀空後，有風吹過就會發出嗚嗚聲響。人類從模仿大自然的聲音之中，發現可以通過製造樂器來創作音樂。 Didgeridoo 是一支長條型樂器，音色接近大自然聲響。演奏者需要理解身體運作的方式，運用循環呼吸的技巧，才能吹奏出豐富的節奏，甚至模仿動物的叫聲。Travis 在渾厚低沉的震音感受到與大自然的連結，放鬆緊張的身心，從此為之着迷。他學過結他，但是現代樂器講究樂理，追求指法等技術，並非他心所向。「但是探究世界音樂的原始樂器，可以追溯人類的原始生活方式，從而思考如何在現今的社會生活。」 世界音樂有一種叫 Travis 無法抗拒的魅力，他開始鑽研如何將 Digeridoo 用於音樂表演。他參與了跨媒介的藝術演出，又曾經與舞者合作。另一方面，他也開始舉辦講座和工作坊，在學校以及不同表演場地向公眾推廣世界音樂。過程中，Travis 開始思考一個問題：既然原住民懂得製造樂器，現代人有充足的資源，理應能夠自製樂器。他因此在網上搜尋到西非樂器 Asalato，然後開始舉辦工作坊，教授人們如何製作及演奏 Asalato，他更曾代表香港，參加日本越前市的「千年未來工藝祭」。 製作 Asalato 並不困難，困難反而在於邀請參加者演奏，大部分人的第一反應都是「我唔識音樂」藉詞推搪。Travis 認為，普遍香港人認為懂得彈鋼琴、彈結他才是「識音樂」，「其實音樂很簡單，只要你有心跳、有好奇心，就可以玩音樂。」Travis 說：「音樂可以連結身體、連結自然、連結身邊的人。」 Travis 認為，生而為人，本來就是大自然的一部分，擁有製造節奏和創作音樂的能力，只是很多城市人的生活節奏急促，未有發現身體長期處於繃緊狀態。「我們時刻都在學習用功，甚少學習放鬆。」Travis 希望透過世界音樂和樂器，協助大家通過聲音和節奏表達情緒，放鬆身心，關注內在，連結大自然。參加者除了在工作坊打磨果實，實驗以不同物料製造聲響，也會在過程中分享生活，「大家在不知不覺間互相傾聽和扶持，是最美麗的畫面。」 請支持大嶼小報 https://liker.land/zh-Hant/like16zqftgzglatd8deuqjvlakmnq029kq6nl0s233?tab=created #社區報 #LantauConnects #大嶼山 #muiwo #大嶼音樂 #大嶼小報 #離島 #梅窩 #Asalato #Didgeridoo #自製 #自然 #亞沙拉圖

Lantau Island in Hong Kong 🇭🇰 #lantauisland I’ve not seen more sophisticated water sports gear & equipment than these (owner is this Brit 🇬🇧 dude living on the island 🏝️) .. not even in Greece 🇬🇷 Spain 🇪🇸 Croatia 🇭🇷, & AUSTRALIA 🇦🇺 most recently where we did all sorts of water sports 🛶🚤⛵️🚣♀️🏄🏻♀️ “Lantau Island, the largest of Hong Kong’s islands, lies at the mouth of the Pearl River. Its mountainous interior includes 934m-high Lantau Peak, known for its sunrises, and the area can be traversed by hikers on the 70km Lantau Trail from Mui Wo (Silver Mine Bay)” We went to THIS #muiwo #silverminebay beach 🏖️ last Friday afternoon hoping for a clear sunny ☀️ day .. but it’s been raining ☔️ in HKG since after we’d arrived on May 1st, next day was the only dry day, last 3 days after even came with thunderstorms ⛈️ & constant rain 🌧️ that made it a Londonesque gloomy and dreary .. almost drab weather all throughout our stay {we usually do our yearly HKg for the October hols} We were supposed to have gone to Po Lin Monastery —- the site of the bronze Tian Tan Buddha, a 34m-tall statue on a hilltop reached by a long stairway .. but no more bus 🚌 beyond 4:00 pm .. after we trekked the Mui Wu trail *WILL DEFF COME BACK HERE & to Shek O Village & beach 🌴 .. Repulse Bay I dint like at all, too crowded!
