What an absolutely amazing day skiing at @picomtn yesterday. I hadn’t been there in about a dozen years and yesterday was the perfect day to go back. Powder and packed powder everywhere. No crowds at all (I think I waited a whopping 3-4 chairs a couple times). Everything was open and skiing more like mid-winter rather than early April. This really reminded me how great Pico is. Classic old school vibe and trails. On a scale of 1-10, yesterday was an 11. Но с чем у меня будет ассоциироваться Вермонт, так это пожилые люди на лыжах! Их блестящие глаза, их лица излучающие здоровье, их красивые открытые улыбки, их желание жить и получать удовольствие от жизни! A friend I met on the mountain told me that out of respect and acknowledgement of the locations I’ve explored, if I have no intention to visit those places again in this lifetime, I should give it a kiss farewell.
