We are now into May and I am delighted to say I am doing well with not buying anything brand new! I’ve so much clothes to create lots of different looks with. I’ve had to buy a couple of things second hand such a plain black trousers, a dress for a wedding (the dresses I already have can’t fit my fat wee ass) and a black skirt. I can say I’ve not missed shopping for clothing at all. My outfit here with my Dalmatian trousers which are at least 4 years old… I can’t remember but I still get compliments every time I wear them. In our household, we op shop, we compost materials, we redonate worthy items of clothing, but the steady build up of old worn-out T-shirts is a problem. As many of you know, we recycle aluminium drinks cans with Macc Scrap Metal. This was today's collection of just over 17,500 drinks cans. These will all go to be melted back down to be reused again.
