I chose a new event opportunity in Nashville instead of working @Snowglobe like I have for almost all of the last 9 years of the festivals existence. The #FOMO is real + so are the stories my ego keeps trying to get me caught up in. There have been many moments I find myself dwelling on this choice, questioning my decision to grow and take on new opportunities.
