Do it for yourself, do it for your health! I remember when I started, how much doing this felt like chores! I didn’t enjoy it! I used to complain about why I should work so hard. But with the accountability and the support from our community, I didn’t give up. I kept going everyday, even the days I didn’t want to! And slowly but surely, I started loving 🥰 the way it was making me afterwards. My body started to crave for it and even tho sometimes I procrastinate about a workout, I know that it’s only for a few minutes. Once I get started, the procrastination goes away and make space for better things. When you start, you won’t see abs the next day, 😂 unless you already have them. 😉. What I know is that you will be tired 😓 and will want to give up, but lean on our support and just like me and so many others you will enjoy all the benefits of this lifestyle.
There are so many things that we want in life! The majority of them requires time and effort! If we do nothing, we will have nothing. The day you actually get started and take action, it’s one day closer to your dream. I wanted to have my flat belly for a very long time, but I never put the work behind it and for many years I blamed the baby fat!!! How long was that?!?! Bella was already turning 6 years and I was still blaming the “baby fat”. When I stop wishing and decided to do the work, I started seeing results! Small changes every day, brought me to where I’m today. I used to wish to go back to the way I was before I had the kiddos 👶 👶, but now I realize I can even be better, not just for the way I look 👀, but for the way I feel. People want to loose weight, people want to feel better, but people also love to eat and enjoy life. That’s why I do what I do. I found something that I can keep for a long term. It’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle! Was it hard at the beginning? Yes 👍👍 Did I have to make some adjustments??? You bet 👍👍 Do I still wish some days I didn’t have to wake up so early and workout 🏋️♀️???? Oh yes, it happens more than you think 🤔. But, is it all worth it?!?! Had yet another hectic morning today, Baby Dee in tow. So when I could steal some time to grab some late breakfast, I headed straight to #butterandbeansmy for some much needed energy-boosting caffeine and grub. I was aiming for their hot mocha (my personal fave) but their pastry + black coffee promo was too tempting to miss! Got to have my #shakology in the AM and my morning cocktail. First 21 Day round was a fail. I didn't follow the meal plan 100%, didn't work out from knee and ankle pain, and when I got supper sick I gained back the 6 lbs I lost. I was devastated because I almost ate nothing for three days. Not to mention it was two days after my period, so I'm sure that didn't help. I'm starting again and my date of starting is Aug 25, and crossing fingers this round works for me. It's all about how bad you want it and it seams I didn't want it that bad. I was having issues with getting house painted, and for three weeks was watching seven kids. It's all excuses and I'm not saying I didn't have chances, cause I did. I preferred to sit and nurse my son all day and didn't even eat much (all bad). So, now my girls are in school, baby boy sleeps till 9:30am-10am every morning, I'm still painting rooms, and decorating house, but I'm starting a schedule that works for me.
