I have a client, he calls me a robot and it’s not far from the truth, but I also have my days like everyone else. I am human. This lifestyle has made me very meticulous in many ways and because of the way I eat, has also made me very organized in other areas of my life. Not a bad thing. It’s ok to have a little treat, every now and then. Not every night at 9pm, or every Saturday and Sunday to celebrate your success of eating right during the week. This was my treat before I started my prep. Ice cream or cheesecake always seem to be my go to. Now that I eat a good balanced diet, with carbs (enough good carbs), I no longer crave sweet things as much as I used to. I used two burger buns (50 kcal each) 2. 170g of ground beef (divided into 4) 2 for each bun (299 kcal) 3. Season with salt and pepper 4. Pan-fry the patties and the buns For the sauce 1. 20 g of Heinz Light Ketchup 2. 10 g of light mayonnaise 3. 3 tbsp of pickle juice 4. Season with salt pepper and garlic powder For the potato wedges 1. 181 g of potatoes ( 1 big and 1 small potato) 2. Boil for 7 minutes 3. Season with salt paprika pepper oregano and garlic powder 4. Air fry for 15 minutes or until done (flip halfway) Plate everything thing and use whatever veggies you like and enjoy your meal 😊🤤 - I sprayed olive oil in the pan (for the patties) one time only. Good Morning and Happy Monday! Starting the day off with this beautiful chocolate chia parfait. We have been enjoying chocolate chia pudding for years. Usually, we have it topped with a few raspberries or diced strawberries. Occasionally, I will layer it in with a parfait. Chia seeds are so good for you! They are loaded with omega-3s, high in fiber, good source of calcium and iron and also gluten-free for those who cannot have gluten. When I make a batch of pudding, I will make eight individual cups for us to enjoy over the next several days. Then I do it all over again 😋 So there is always some available. Süßkartoffeln mit Feta 🧀 Zutaten (für 4 Personen) - 5-7 Süsskartoffeln - 1-2 Feta/Hirtenkäse - Olivenöl Zubereitung 1. Süßkartoffeln in dünne Scheiben schneiden (evtl. noch halbieren) & auf einem mit Backpapier belegtem Backblech verteilen. 2. Etwas Olivenöl darüber gießen und mit zwei Löffeln die Süßkartoffeln darin marinieren. 3. Bei 180 °C Umluft für 25 Minuten backen. 4. Feta in kleine Würfel schneiden und auf den Süßkartoffeln verteilen. Für weitere 15-20 Minuten backen. Tipp: Dies ist eines unserer Lieblingsabendessen, das einmal pro Woche auf unserem Speiseplan steht. Es lässt sich auch bereits morgens wunderbar vorbereiten, sodass man abends mit den Kids parallel nicht mehr kochen, sondern lediglich den Ofen anschalten muss.
