Today I made a circle skirt out of a circle tablecloth I thrifted a couple of days ago. Just cut a circle out of the middle, added a waistband and elastic, and voila. Used the existing hem from the tablecloth, so that made things so much easier. Love a good quick project. Is it possible to wear a circle skirt without twirling?
