Honest question, If I wasn't a hairdresser would I get my hair done professionally? Hmmm, I'm not sure. I will say having a full time job and kids makes free time limited, so if I was investing in a salon service, I expect the stylist to make it worth my while (even though I would enjoy the time away from the kids) lol And when I say "worth my while" I don't mean a foot rub while serving champagne and turning the pages ofmy book (don't even think about it haha) I mean a stylist who listens to what I want, explains things so I understand, is honest with me when I want to try something new, has great amenities, easy conversation and is someone I look forward to visiting, someone who becomes a friend. Here's what you need to know about these minis: This year we are doing them on the hill at Fairfield Hills. We have a super simple but perfectly dreamy picnic set up for the sessions. Minis are 20 minutes but we do so much in such little time. Not sure you'd want Permanent or Demi-permanent color to cover your gray? I used to do Permanent color (think of a blackout curtain) on my roots so I wouldn't see any gray- but the harsh grow out line every few weeks was making me nuts! Lately, Ive been doing Demi-Permanent color which has a gradual fade and no harsh lines. Happy Monday! It’s me! 🤗 We’re back in the swing after spring break and I haven’t done an intro in a while. I’ve seen some newbies following (yay!) so here are a few things to get to know me a bit better. 😘 - I’m mom to four kiddos, ages 9 to 15. - My husband, Valon (in the pic with me 😍), is literally the best person. My best friend, the hardest worker ever, and super talented at too many things. We’ve been together over 22 years. 🥰 - I love my job. I say this allll the time. You’ve probably seen posts about it. I mean it so much. Love, love it! 📸 - We are currently building our new home in New Fairfield, which we are super excited about. It’s been so, so much and Valon is working insanely hard on it but it’s been a long time coming and we have seriously outgrown where we are now, so we can’t wait. 🏠 - I love walking. 👣 I walk 25,000 steps every single day and have for years. Can’t stop won’t stop. 😂 - We’ve been to 47 states! We’ve gone cross country a few times but still need to visit Alaska, Hawaii, and Nebraska. Hope to make that happen soon! - I am certified in yoga (for fun), have a degree in anthropology and sociology, and love that I’m a photographer. 😊 - We have two very sweet kitties and two dogs, a Newfie and a German Shepherd, who take up tons of my time. 🐾 - I am patiently awaiting One Direction’s reunion but fully enjoy every solo day in the meantime. 😅 If you’ve followed a while you’ve seen all the concerts.
