Best pastries in the world from @bukacph ft the beautiful hotel lobby at @25hourshotels_copenhagen 🥐 After a long day of walking, exploring and museums, we passed by Buka Bakery and picked up some lovely lil treats ❤️ The first one was undoubtedly unreal due to the lashings of pistachio cream in there. WOW. Pistachio is so in right now 💁🏻♀️ The other is a spandauer which is a traditional danish pastry, but this one was filled with vanilla and chocolate. Enjoyed with a couple of cocktails, this was a dreamy moment 🍹

Jeg kommer afsted hver dag og går minimum 7000 skridt hver dag. Andre dage ligger det langt højere og derfor ender jeg på de knap 11.000 i gennemsnit. Jeg glemmer ofte at få øje på de ting, der lykkes for mig og ser kun der, hvor jeg fejler og ikke når mine mål. Og det her med skridtene overser jeg fuldstændig. Det er blevet så normalt for mig og en rutine for mig, at jeg knap nok tænker over det. Og det er jo en kæmpe succes for mig. Det skal jeg huske. Og den bevægelse er måske det, der gør, at min krop ser anderledes ud end tidligere, da jeg vejede mindre. Jeg har fået mere grundstyrke og mere muskelvæv, og det skal jeg huske at sætte pris på, når jeg er utilfreds over, at jeg ikke kan komme længere ned i vægt for tiden ❤️
