What a great meal this was ๐. Kotuwa has always been on my list to try and this meal did not disappoint. Highly recommend the duck curry, calamari and squash curry. The turmeric rice was their rice of the day and it was the perfect pairing with the curry. Portions might seem small at first, but our table of four was well fed in addition to the desserts we got, each equally unexpected but delightful in its own way.

Spice level was mid so add that chilli if you prefer it spicier! The last time I ate laksa proper was some good years ago so I donโt rlly have a basis of comparison but this was a pretty decent bowl of laksa! The broth is not too lemak nor too spicy, despite mixing all of the dollop of chilli in. The prawns are fresh; & while you do have to deshell them yourself, the shells come off easily since they're so fresh & not overcooked. Just wipe your hands with a napkin & continue chowing down. If you intend to lunch here (this is the @changicitypoint_sg branch) on a workday, come early... This place fills up quickly with what I assume are office slaves on a weekday (there was a snaking line outside by 12PM). Other noodle options include: [N1] Mee Siam with Prawns, Egg & Begedil [N3] Premium Laksa with Scallop Gratin & Seafood [N4] Tiffin's Ah Gong Noodle with Prawn & Meatball Swipe to see [N4], which I tried at a later date & didn't enjoy it that much (it was very ordinary).
