Môžeme ľahko pozorovať v prírode ako všetky kvety a stromy kvitnú, mláďatá zvieratiek šantia a rýchlo rastú! V tomto ročnom období sa deje veľa kúziel! Je to cítiť vo vzduchu, keď sa zdá, že letné dni visia na oblohe takmer navždy..! Leto je tiež obdobím ohňa... prvkom premeny a osvietenia. Žiarivý, podmanivý živel, ktorý tancuje a vyžaruje krásou a zároveň vyžaduje veľa rešpektu! Oheň potrebuje pevné hranice, aby mohol jasne horieť bez toho, aby sa vymkol kontrole! Potrebuje tiež správne podmienky a správne ingrediencie, aby zachytil magickú iskru vznietenia! V tomto ročnom období sa môžme ponoriť do seba a spýtať: "Do akej oblasti vo svojom živote môžme vniesť viac svetla? Ako môžme použiť transformačný prvok ohňa na premenu jedného aspektu nášho života..? Ako si môžme dovoliť byť v plnom rozkvete..?" Aký aspekt nášho života použijeme na živenie plameňa transformácie? ECSTATIC DANCE Как и обещала, делюсь с вами одним из самых Интересных фестивалей, на котором я была 🤍 А теперь, давайте по подробнее: Экстатик-дэнс (ecstatic dance) — это форма танца, при которой люди должны не следовать определенным шагам, а расслабиться, отдаться ритму и раствориться в музыке, чтобы достичь ощущения экстаза. Главное правило в экстатик-дэнсе — никакого алкоголя и наркотиков. А еще нельзя разговаривать друг с другом, допустимо использовать только язык тела. Танцоры достигают эйфории за счет собственных эмоций и ощущения единения с другими людьми. Танец служит формой медитации, помогая справиться со стрессом и обрести спокойствие. Когда человек выходит на танцпол, ему предлагается отпустить суждения и ожидания, позволив себе почувствовать эмоции, связь тела, разума и духа. История экстатик-дэнс началась в глубокой древности. Экстатический танец и ритмичная игра на барабанах использовались для изменения сознания в духовных практиках в те времена, когда был распространен шаманизм. А еще подобные священные танцы были свойственны некоторым религиям. Что лично мне дают данного рода практики? Во время танца, я максимально расслабляю свое сознание и благодаря танца высвобождаю энергию и через танец происходит разговор со своим телом, своего рода обнуление и кайфовое расслабление… Зачастую на экстатик люди приходят со своим намерением, которое закладывают и в дальнейшем получают ответы на свои вопросы или же получают своего рода инсайты 👌🏻 Именно сейчас мои милые я уже работаю над программой нашей следующей встречи с вами и обещаю, это будет очень интересно для нас и совершенно другом формате🫶🏻🙏🏼 #extaticdance #ecstatic #dance #meditation
