Hello beautiful Sacred Feminines! I am offering a new monthly healing circle to acknowledge, honor, and heal the unconscious grief of the Wounded Feminine. JUNE 26th 5 PM PST / 8 PM EST Through so much violence and oppression over the last few thousand years of patriarchal rule, we have suffered great loss of so many aspects of ourselves. It is vital that we honor and acknowledge our unconscious grief so that we can start to release it from our bodies, our minds, and our spirits. When left lurking beneath the surfaces, this unacknowledged grief is quite detrimental to our overall well-being - affecting our health, our relationships, our strong sense of self, our ability to both give and receive love - to ourselves and others, and to be strong in our power. When the Sun sets down it`s time to wake her up - Primal Woman! She has been waiting for Your call way for too long-how many Millenniums? Settling for rules and regulations from others. this Box is too small for her, she wants to live outside the frame and go beyond painted reality. She enters Temple wearing bright earthy colors- red, green, blue, gold, and yellow. Like acorns needed to be shelled for food and drink, she slows soaking herself in the gentle sage breeze, surrounded by the hundreds of candles, sipping cocoa elixir with honey until she starts hearing the beat of the Drum... Her hand naturally like she has always done this before reaches out for an Antler and she Finally Stands Tall and Proud of who she is Now. Hello beautiful Sacred Feminines! Just a quick hello and check in. Yesterday was a funny day of moving from place to place trying to find internet to I can get to work creating the landing page for the upcoming women's retreat that me and a few other women are hosting in August (stay tuned for more info on that!). It is very challenging to create a website without internet access! And rather challenging to run an online business without internet too. Ha! This is the reality of living full-time in my converted shuttle bus and traveling around the country. 😁😁😁 So much of life on the road is about navigating where and when I will have that lovely little luxury available. Some days I can go without it, but many I cannot. That is just one of the funny things one discovers when they pack up their life and hit the road full-time - internet is actually quite a bit more challenging to come by than one might imagine. But - I make it work and I wouldn't trade this amazing lifestyle for anything. 💚💛💚 Last night I got to sleep near a gorgeous lake filled with lily-pads and beautiful flowers growing all around. It was unbelievably peaceful and I slept awesome! And finally got into a lot of shade, which was much-needed as well. It is hot and humid in the NE part of the country - here in America that is. I am making my way north to Montreal where we're hosting the retreat. Excited to get into some cooler weather! Been having some random thunder and lightning storms that have brought some pretty intense rain and that has actually been quite glorious and refreshing. They come and go so quickly and that makes them especially nice! Yesterday was a rough day - super emotional and felt like a huge release of energy that was ready to go. Initially this felt great, but as the day went on, it moved into more of a frustration, though I ended up finding a bit more peace within as it neared bed time. Quite a roller-coaster! And that is okay. 💞 Over the years I have learned so much about how to work with my emotions - to allow them, to witness them, to hold space for them, and to not attach to them or give them more meaning than is necessary. They are energy and they come and they go. This is part of our human experience - and all is well! 💫 And it felt good to be able to share about it with whomever I connected with today. "How are you doing?" Me - "I am feeling super emotional and kind of having a rough day!" This feels so much better to me to simply own it, put it out there, not try to pretend I have it all together. ❤️ And people are pretty much always grateful for my honesty and for just putting it out there. It feels refreshing and vulnerable and we can connect to this truth - and it gives others the opportunity to be honest with where they are at too. Not having to pretend to have it all together - not needing to repress emotions, to look good. So much of the Wounded Feminine has been about repressing our emotions in order to be accepted, to fit in, to not rock the boat. This is not natural and is really the cause of so much dis-ease in the body and disconnection from true, authentic connection with ourselves and with each other. The healthy Sacred Feminine honors her emotions and allows them space, movement, flow. 🌊 This human journey is messy! It can feel so awesome to honor that, own it, claim it, and support that for ourselves and for each other. 💗 Thanks for listening and for witnessing. It is vital that we stop thinking of ourselves as separate from nature and shaming ourselves for our very existence on this planet. It is not healthy for us - or for the planet! 🚫 These energies of guilt and shame for living on the earth are part of the unhealthy limiting belief systems and conditioning that is keeping us from being in our power and recognizing how beautiful and amazing humanity truly is. We need to recognize how we perpetuate our own separation and keep ourselves in these low-vibe, fear-based energies - and embrace the truth of our existence - we are awesome! ❤️ This lie we've been fed about being "kicked out of the garden" is a bunch of crap. Time to reclaim our power. Such beautiful peace and solitude I find out on the road. I just love it. I love going to sleep in such silence and waking up in such peace and calm. Such a very different experience than living in the city. I am in such gratitude each and every day. This does not get old! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 This is why I love 'boondocking' so much - finding places off the beaten path to stay. I don't want to be in campgrounds surrounded by vehicles and more cement - nor do I have any interest in spending $50 to $150 just to park my little home for the evening. That is crazy! 🤯🤯🤯 And, luckily, my little Vroomie is set up so beautifully with plenty of battery power and solar panels, so I am able to be off-grid pretty much indefinitely. The only thing that makes me go to town is a need for water and food. Other than that, I am totally set out here! Freaking amazing! Yay solar power! 💛☀️💛☀️💛 And thank you to @kridanaoutdoors for getting little Vroomie all hooked up with her power and all she needs to be out here living her dream and mine! I recently posted a video on YouTube discussing the numerous complexities of our self-worth - how to sift through it all, gain clarity, move through the limiting belief systems that keep us mired in insecurity and low self-esteem. I continue this conversation in my most recent YouTube video, with a special emphasis on the guilt and shame associated with issues and challenges from our past that continue to haunt us - keeping us trapped in cycles of low sense of self-worth, insecurity, keeping ourselves small. I touch on my own guilt and shame from years of addiction during the earlier part of my life - how those energies have carried with me to the present moment, keeping me stuck, feeling small, insecure, not worthy. Old tapes! Time to kick all of these old patterns of guilt and shame to the curb! Time to leave the past in the past. Time to glean the wisdom of past experiences and leave the rest where it belongs. There is great wisdom in all of our previous experiences and we chose them for a reason, but that does not mean we have to stay stuck in them and let them dictate the quality of our life and our self-worth today. I had some major realizations and 'aha' moments during that last powerful Full Moon in Libra. I got so clear on the importance of releasing so much judgment and criticism of the 3D world, the patriarchy, the government, and any low-vibe frequencies that are inherently part of our world. The energies of judgment and criticism are extremely toxic for our body, mind, spirit. We need to honor all aspects of our 3D reality and quit putting so much emphasis and focus on the perceived "negative." It is all a necessary part of the beautiful whole and is a catalyst for our evolution and expansion of consciousness. Super pretty trees at Montezuma's Castle today. Their bark is white and they were growing near water, which led me to believe they might be Birch trees, but they are different from the Birch trees I am used to in the Pacific Northwest. Not that it really matters! They were just gorgeous and striking, whatever they are. Yay Mother Nature and Her beautiful, calming effects on our body, mind, spirit. The energies have been so intense lately. Feels especially rejuvenating and relaxing to get out into nature right now, ground down, breathe in the fresh air. It sounds like this Full Moon is illuminating some of the trauma energies we've been carrying for lifetimes. Allow the grief to move through. Honor all you have been through - and recognize where you are doing things differently for yourself now. Look at how far you have come, while still acknowledging that the journey has come with a fair share of pain. We are stepping into a new consciousness and a new way of being - which means the old is dying. That can be painful, scary, exhilarating, exhausting. Recognize it, honor it, grieve it, celebrate it! What might you be grieving as we move out of the old way of being. What are you letting go of that feels right, yet you still feel the loss of it? Honor that. My little Magical Miracle Vroomie - or just Vroomie for short! This is my baby, my love, my tiny home on wheels. We've been having quite the adventure out here on the road. Been parked in Sedona for awhile getting caught up on lots of business-y things while the weather has been cold and rainy. This image was clearly not taken in Sedona! Hello beautiful Sacred Feminines! Our monthly distance group energy/sound healing takes place on Wednesday, March 29th. Do you ever find yourself feeling angry at your circumstances? Do you feel validated in blaming your abuser or the patriarchy or your partner or your family or your childhood? Do you find it challenging to let go of this resentment, blame and anger? I just created a new YouTube video discussing one of the biggest ways that the Wounded Feminine shows up for so many of us - victim-consciousness. It is a powerful and debilitating trap to get caught in and we can so easily feel quite justified in this way of thinking and relating to the world. It is easy to want to blame and shame others for any hurt they have caused us. It makes sense to feel so much anger. I totally get it! I spent the good first half of my life in this mentality - with horribly debilitating effects. Drug addiction, homelessness, jails, self-destructive behaviors, abusive relationships, and the list goes on. Freaking YIKES! It it wasn't until I was able to move out of this state of mind and into a more empowering framework that I was able to leave all that behind and step strong into the woman I am today. I just had four of the most transformational days I've experienced in my life. I took part in my first big Tony Robbins teaching. There was a free five-day challenge that he offered back in January that was so freaking mind-blowing and game changing for me, so I couldn't wait to sign up for this big teaching. 12 to 14 hours per day of intense all out belief system busting and deep diving into our fears and what's getting in the way of our total empowerment and fulfillment and success in all areas of our lives. It was so freaking powerful! 💥💥💥 I had no idea we were going to spend so much time dancing and moving our bodies and really getting into our physiology which is where we store so much of our fear. We bury it so deep down and this is where disease comes from because we repress our emotions and our fears in our bodies. 💀💀💀 When we get down into it at such a deep level, powerful s*** happens and serious movement occurs. I did some major purging and clearing and releasing. And along with all of the purging, was such an uplifting and rejuvenating experience. It was seriously all the things! I highly recommend it taking part in one of these teachings. It's a total game-changer and you will not regret it! You will get to seriously re-examine all that has been holding you back and you'll get to reprogram those limiting beliefs in a very powerful way. I met amazing people and it was so wonderful to connect with so many other like-minded individuals who are all about empowering themselves and living life to the fullest. My people! New Blog Post Up! My husband and I set out on our Sounds of the Heart sound healing grief ritual pilgrimage on November 1st - and have run into challenge after challenge after challenge. So, too, have we run into blessing after blessing after blessing. The challenges of life on the road in a converted shuttle bus, though, have been triggering so many of my worst fears and bringing up so much self doubt. Did I do the right thing? Am I crazy? Did I create a whole big mess for nothing? Are my dreams ridiculous? Am I wrong to want more from life? Did I drag my husband into my crazy too? Do I always have to do things to the extreme? Am I just trying to avoid settling down and getting a 'real' job? I explore all of this in my blog post, diving into the effects of society's fear-based way of living that we all have inherited - and the challenges that arise when we push back on this and move down into a more heart-based way of living. In my latest video, I discuss the importance of not becoming enslaved by our wisdom tools and traditions! It can be easy to become attached to certain ways of thinking and doing in a way that no longer empowers us, but limits and constricts us. It is important for us to use the tools and traditions to support our getting to know ourselves and our energies - to strengthen our intuition and our wisdom - but not to become overly dependent on them, locked into dogmatic ways of doing and thinking, and no longer being open to new energies, new perspectives, and new wisdom coming in.  It is all too easy to take shortcuts with these tools and quit thinking for ourselves or let them place us in little boxes that hinder our growth. It is vital that we utilize them in a way that frees us, not further conditions us! ❣️What systems do you follow that you may have become too dependent upon? ❣️What wisdom has been beneficial for you, but you might actually be relying too heavily upon it now? ❣️What constructs have the tools and traditions placed upon you that might ultimately be hindering your personal growth and development? ❣️What systems of thought have become unconscious for you and kept you from evolving your own intuition, wisdom, and psychic abilities? These are important questions that we need to ask ourselves and we need to stay vigilant with our spiritual practices and concepts so that they don't backfire on us and add to any dogmatism for us - whether we express it outwardly towards others or inwardly towards ourselves.
