✨Présence✨ Pendant une grande partie de me vie, j’ai eu un grand cercle social. C’était super parce que ça me donnait une grande distraction avec les gens qui m’entouraient. Une distraction pour éviter d’aller à ma rencontre, de passer du temps avec moi et de me découvrir. Aujourd’hui, j’avoue que, dans ma vie privée, mon cercle social est plus petit. Tout le monde n’a pas accès à mon temps et à mon énergie. Pourquoi? Parce qu’avec les années, j’ai développé une relation d’intimité avec moi-même. Cela implique que j’adore vraiment passer des moments seule. Je ne me sens pas seule, au contraire, je me sens entièrement présente à moi-même. C’est dans ces moments-là que j’entends mon âme, mon coeur, Dieu, me murmurer des trésors. J’explore mon univers, en silence. Cela m’aide à exprimer, en toute cohérence, ce que j’y découvre. J’ai besoin de cette solitude pour être avec moi, faire le plein d’énergie et entretenir une relation saine avec moi. Lorsque j’ai pigé la carte Oracle, la même que celle qu’Ody avait pigé la semaine dernière, j’ai tout de suite pensé que toi, moi, nous toutes, avions besoin d’aller plus en profondeur dans notre propre communication interne. There’s been many things that #seedoeatreview has been proud of doing this year. Hitting 5,000 followers, doing 55 reviews in one month of the Fringe, helping businesses get the exposure they wouldn’t usually receive and developing relationships with small businesses and artists, my main mission of starting this little business. . But it’s #findingbeautyinthebeast that I’m most proud of this year. Co-creating, co-producing and writing this show with @fawn_phoenixx and @rising_phoenix_productions_ was deeply challenging, highly personal and, best of all, extremely rewarding. Talvez em um universo paralelo eu sou uma pessoa melhor, não muito verdadeira ou tão sincera, um pouco mais comum, fazendo tudo certinho, cumprindo todas as expectativas de uma vida convencional, sem estar muito nessa de pôr pra fora, fazer o que faz feliz, buscar sonhos, servir a Deus por vontade, provavelmente casado com 2 ou 3 filhos, formado, sério... talvez nesse universo, o mais importante ainda seja a presença, a surpresa, e em contrapartida, cada cadeira vazia aqui havera um amigo, um familiar, pessoal do trabalho, das oficinas, essa gente que fazem parte da minha vida, e que nem precisaram se esforçar tanto para essa surpresa de aniversário, ou talvez nessea meus 38 anos que comemoro sozinho, mesmo sendo uma boa pessoa, nessa vida, nesse tempo de tecnologia, de relações virtuais egoistas de cada um pensa mais em si mesmo, nessa busca incessante por dopamina, dando desculpa pra tudo para continuar rolando o feed, isso jamais aconteça, ainda sim estou feliz por eu ter vindo por mim mesmo, ter passado e vestido a melhor roupa e comprado o lanche achei mais saboroso, refletindo sobre o que tenho feito também, se sou mais de alguém, se ao menos ainda olhos nos olhos, e se aguento, perseverar na consideração. Support and community is the name of the game. Feeling connected and valued is a human necessity. I was watching this old TED talk of an EMT discussing what he's witnessed in his experience, being with strangers in their last moments alive. He explained that every one of these people wanted to know that their lives meant something. They wanted to know that their existence wasnt just based on "tasks." These pics are connections that I caught the past month. #nature People have been rock balancing at Strands beach and I appreciate the beauty in it. Not just from a meaning of balance perspective, but that it is human and nature without destroying anything. #support 2/3rds of my holy trinity. Sobre as pessoas fugirem daquilo que é forte, que é intenso, que faz perder o fôlego e a razão. E quando ela diz "eles amam as loucas" ela se refere aos homens que foram tocados com intensidade, fogo, com paixão. Mas grande parte deles fogem, eles se sentem pequenos diante da imensidão que mulheres reais trazem. Mulheres tão reais que são inacreditáveis. Por isso, "eles se casam com outras" porque a zona de conforto não dói, porque o padrão não incomoda, porque a família prefere o tradicional, o politicamente correto. + #응원 아우어리와 2년째 요가인연을 이어가고 있는 선희님, 이전 씨네21의 기자이자 편집장이시기도 하셨고, 현재는 작가로써 글을 쓰시는 작가님이시다. 늘 아우어리에 묵직한 애정을 보여주시며 수련 후 차담을 통해 많은 이야기를 나누며 꾸준히 교감을 이어나가고 있는데, 최근 출간한 책 내용에 아우어리에서 받은 영감들이 스토리 중간중간에 등장하니 꼭 읽어보라고 책을 선물해주셨다. (사실 아직 다 읽지 못해서 아직 아우어리 이야기는 마주하지 못했다🫣) 평상시에 수업 때 동작을 비유하는 표현과 안내방식이 늘 문학적이고 창의적이라 요가가 끝나고 기억에 남는 표현을 핸드폰에 늘 기록해두셨단다. (감동… 또르르…😭) 그리고 사실은 글을 쓰고 있는 사람이 아닐까 싶으셨다고… 그래서 왜 책을 선물해주셨을지 그 뜻이 헤아려졌달까… 최근 선희님과 이야기를 나누면서 문득 내 인생의 앞으로의 중장기 프로젝트 중 하나가 나에 관한 글을 쓰는 프로젝트가 될 것 같다는 생각이 들었다. 최근 더더욱 그 생각에 힘을 실어주시는 의견을 표현해주셔서 지금의 영감을 기록해두고자 글을 남겨본다. “나 자신에게 최고로 몰입하여 센터링을 하고 있다보면, 실제의 나보다 더 근사한 표현들이 창조물로 나오게 되고 아이를 낳는 심정으로 하나의 창작물을 기어이 만들어내고나면 그간 내 안에 쌓였던 먼지들을 싹 걷어내는 개운함과 통렬함을 느끼게 되요” 인생 전반에서 내 인생 전체를 바쳐 해결하고자했던 나의 인생사의 이슈들을 풀어낼 유일한 방법은 어쩌면 명징하게 글로 낱낱이 거울 속 나를 드러내 모두를 향해 표현하여 나와같이 아픔과 고통을 극복하고자하는 사람들과 진정으로 교감하며 함께 치유해나가는 길이 아니까… 선희님의 조용한 응원을 받아 앞으로의 미션을 또다시 재정립해본다.
