With every step closer to my new reality as a solo-parenting soulpreneur, I can feel my identity shifting. And I see clearly who has been sitting at the driving wheel in the past. My inner teenager. The one who got bullied, betrayed by "friends," made fun of by teachers. The one who always felt invisible and irrelevant, who got constantly interrupted or overlooked, her ideas being stolen. The one who nobody really saw, who only got chosen because there wasn't someone better available. She ran the show with all of her unprocessed hurt. All that hurt from her past and from her childhood came crashing down on me last spring, right around my 30th birthday, after pushing it away for too long because that's what we've been taught. No big (bad) feelings allowed, especially not in business. You need to push through. ah, 🐮💨 Our big feelings are here to be seen, to be processed, to guide us to deeper wounds that we need to heal in order to be able to continue, in order to really free ourselves from our past. And healing I did. I hurt, I cried, I screamed, I grieved. It was big, and I felt raw and vulnerable for months, shaken but so free at the same time. But there was one step that I forgot: To upgrade my identity. Our beliefs shape our identity, I've been telling this my clients for years. And yet, I expected to step into my new identity just by healing, without releasing old thinking patterns and actively integrating the lessons my younger self had for me into my new identity. I am no longer the one who’s never been chosen, always felt irrelevant and invisible. I needed to be brave and walk through the old hurt, to see the beauty and the lessons. To feel at peace now because I integrated the lessons, turned the pain into power and let it fuel my soulpurpose. It made me a better coach and mentor, let me go even deeper and allowed me to see the depths, so I can now guide my soulmates through the fire and help them rise from the ashes. It's all meant to be. We get triggered to look and evolve. I feel reborn as I step now into my new identity, and I can already feel: She's unstoppable and #unapologeticallyme. She creates herself. xo Fran
My client changed her business model from an hourly rate to a modestly priced $35k package. It’s been too long since I sat in circle and received deep feminine healing. Women’s circles have been a huge support in my own awakening over the years. It was four years ago pretty much to the day that I had my ‘womb awakening’ - and as most awakenings go, it wasn’t all ‘love and light’, it was a bloody painful experience. And it certainly woke me up 😳 it was then I started to pay close attention to my cycle, I also started connecting to the moon cycles and rhythms of nature much more closely. And then I discovered connection with the divine feminine, through goddesses and deities, and a whole new world opened up to me. Now, this way of working is intrinsic to what I do and how I work with women. But, like many of us who serve others, we often neglect our own needs along the way. Sometimes, like a teacher who is in control of the class, we have to raise our heart, who is sitting silently at the end of the class with his hands on his chest and looking alone, and ask him a few questions and let him talk; Sometimes we have to trust our heart, we have to be aware that the heart also knows, we have to accept the risk of trusting our heart just once to see first hand how this silent and full of feeling can open all the locks of our worldly and spiritual life. I wish it also said deficiency can cause anxiety attacks and even seizures. I owe a massive thank you to God and my Soul and all the people who have come into my life up until now. The Divine has used you to help me grow and come into not only right relationship with myself within myself, but with God as well. As I continually choose my Soul and God's plan and path for my life, it continues to not make sense to my Ego and logical mind, but I find my heart feels a peace I have never known until recently and my Soul desires to expand in ways I never knew existed. When we move beyond survival mode to consider others, we reach this frequency. Altruism is transcending the self and acting with purpose, leading to the Siddhi frequency of Selflessness. If not, selfishness, the lower energy of Gene Key 27, can be accompanied by feelings of purposelessness.
