To say I believe in supplementation is an understatement 5 years ago I would have told you supplements were a scam. And some still are. Which is why it’s important to know the brand and what they stand for. Today I believe it is a necessity due to the horrible quality of the soil our foods are being grown in due to our horrible agricultural practices. And it’s great if you grow most of your food, but most of us aren’t there yet and may never be. LIFE UPDATE: The last 8 months have been a bit of a whirlwind to say the least. Some good. Some bad. And in all the best ways. Instead of “want” use “am”, I am making a decision to quit my job and become an entrepreneur, I am making a decision to make x amount of money in February 2024. With shifting your words, your energy shifts and your mind is activated on a new level. 🧠 Usually we think we decided but in reality when you ask yourself did I really made the decision to quit my job? A little step in to my solo energy is happening again since I am teaching solo on Wednesdays without Amaya 🥹. When Eliana was a baby, her presence was teaching us as a couple a whole new level of communication. Her first newborn year was forcing us to voice our true desires and boundaries and there was no space anymore for tugging away things under the rug. Amayas 5 months of life so far have taught me that I cannot do my business the way I have used to. It’s just not physically possible right now since she does not want to drink from the bottle and needs me a lot more🧡. Mom & Baby dance classes for example would have never happened without Amaya being Amaya right now. And these classes are so life giving to me - and from feedback - for others as well 🔥. What I love to see the most is when I see mamas post partum looking at themselves in the mirror, moving their hips & tapping in a little more in to their sensual energy and JOY with every class. These things are what make me trust in the flow of life. There are so many ways to look at things. Some ways make you feel good and others make you feel horrible. So also in business. I trust the flow and direction this new energy is moving me in to. There is a beautiful unfolding in to new ways and directions. I am excited to see it all unfold🧡🔥 And I know, so many have told me to just chill out. To not do anything for my business. To just “enjoy this newborn phase”. But for me this way is more enjoyable. I am just me. This is 42! … and what better day to say hello to the new faces around here then on my special day 😉 Hi I’m Stephanie and the face behind Stephanie Marie Photography! ▪️I’m a mom to two amazing teenage girls ▪️I am a French immersion teacher- started French in SK and am currently teaching grade 7. ▪️In high school I also took German and can still recite the paragraph we needed to memorize about Barbara Brown! ▪️I have one tattoo but several ideas for more ▪️I do not like olives or mushrooms… (its a texture thing) but love eating pretty much everything else ▪️My ears are pierced…. Three times actually in each lobe lol, but I only use the bottom hole for earrings ▪️I love animated (cartoon) movies, my favourite being Little Mermaid ▪️I am NOT a Coffee drinker and for the longest time wasn’t a tea drinker either- but now I am loving my chai tea latte’s ▪️I do not have any cavities and decided at 35 to get Invisalign- my brother was the lucky one who got braces when we were younger 😉 ▪️I am not a beer or wine girl- I’m allergic to gluten so no beer and wine gives me a headache- so I like to settle with a cider or Raspberry Vodka and coke ▪️I LOVE country music but Matchbox 20 has my #1 spot ▪️Finally- I love my birthday What do you think, did anything surprise you?
