Hello, everyone, and welcome to - what should've been - Day Eight of my National Hot Tea Month journey! Sorry I missed you all last night, but I am back and ready to talk about @mymisstea Femininitea! I LOVE this brand! I found it when I went into New York with my in-laws a couple of years ago and I bought this tea, tried it, loved it, and then it went into the "oblivion" that is my tea collection! 😔 As I was going through my collection to see if there was any I could discuss for this year's NHTM, though, I found it and was like, "OH! I must discuss this one!" 😁 I'm so glad I did because I forgot how good it is! According to their website, "Delicate and delicious, this infusion is created to balance a woman's mind and body." Trust me, this tea does that and then some! This particular blend includes rose petals, chamomile, red raspberry leaves, nettle, spearmint, ginger root, and licorice root! Every single one of these ingredients helps either alleviate stress to calm the mind, reduce pain and/or inflammation, and may help with a woman's menstruation! As much as I would love to go into each ingredient and its benefits, I do need to keep these posts to a minimum, but I will say this: Miss Tea Femininitea is the perfect tea for a woman to have; especially during that lovely time of the month or toward the beginning or end of their pregnancy! (I will do my best to find other teas with these ingredients, so I can dive into them a bit more!) What's interesting with this tea is it's loose-leaf, so you add in as much or as little tea as you want to whatever you use for your loose-leaf teas! You also add in which ingredients, meaning whatever your spoon picks up is what you're having! Today, my spoon mainly got spearmint, so that's what I'm mainly drinking, but I also tasted the earthy flavor of chamomile! We'll see what I have next time! 😊 Thank you for joining me today!
