Last weekend took me and the fam to the Flaming Gorge. On our way there, we stopped in Fossil Butte just outside of Kemmerer. It was literally an all day trip with the stops and the long drive, but it was an adventure well worth it. In the 6 years I've lived in Wyoming, I haven't had a chance to explore the flaming gorge or surrounding areas. It was a longer drive than anticipated through the canyon, but it was so cool to read the history and see the landscape. We ended up cutting from Kemmerer to Green River and into Vernal, UT before leaving through Manila, UT. It was so beautiful!
