En ce jour international de la Terre, je prends le TGV avec mes 30 kilos de matériel pour rejoindre un client. De part mon ADN éco-responsable, je favorise systématiquement ce mode de transport, même si c’est plus pénible de porter mes valises. En effet, je tiens à minimiser mon impact carbone. Sur l’appli SNCF Connect, le chiffre par trajet est disponible… la plupart du temps. J’ai récemment constaté que ça n’était pas toujours le cas et ai remonté ma requête au service compétent. Ça n’a l’air d’être rien et pourtant, chaque petit geste compte. Quand la Journée de la Terre a été initiée en 1970 par Gaylord Nelson, sénateur américain et écologiste, et Denis Hayes, étudiant diplômé de l’université de Harvard, elle visait à souligner l'importance de la protection de l'environnement. Chaque 22 avril, c’est désormais plus de 1 milliards d’humains, répartis sur plus de 190 pays, qui y contribuent. Au quotidien, je m’acharne à optimiser mes flux de travail afin de réduire mes consommations, mes déchets et m’orienter vers du matériel recyclé. Le label « éco-défis » que m’a attribué la CMA Pays de la Loire en novembre 2022 a une validité de 2 ans. J’ai donc entamé le processus de renouvellement. Nombreuses sont mes avancées depuis la naissance de Coffeelter, mais il y a toujours à faire. Je pars et mène mon en-quête d’amélioration continue pour honorer et, je l’espère, dépasser le cahier des charges. El consumo de plástico se cuadruplicó en los últimos 30 años y se espera que se triplique en los próximos 30. Auch im Urlaub wird bei jedem Ausflug Müll gesammelt. Es war aber manchmal schwer überhaupt hinterher zu kommen... Soo viele Schnüre, Folienteile, Plastikstückchen, Seile, Verpackungsmüll, Fischernetzteile und einzelne Netzfasern lagen am Strand. Gerade die Einzelfasern waren sehr oft in sogenannten Meerbällen (Pillae marinae) eingewoben... An einigen Seilresten waren sogar Haieier befestigt. Leider fanden wir auch eine verendete Robbe... Mit Schnüren um den Hals... Das ist einfach Sch...! Vögel bauen damit ihre Nester, da sie künstlich nicht von natürlich unterscheiden können. Sie verheddern sich darin und kommen so um's Leben... Jede und jeder kann einen kleinen Beitrag leisten. Schnapp' dir Müllsäcke, Freundinnen, Freunde, Familie und Bekannte und los geht's... Direkt vor der Haustür oder beim nächsten Ausflug... Ich hab mittlerweile immer ne Rolle Müllsäcke, alte Verpackungsbeutel und Tüten, die man dann doch noch rumliegen hatte, dabei und nutze diese für das Sammeln... 230423 國家地理路跑 - 人生第一次的9k路跑解鎖成功了🔓 沒想到從國小開始連800m都喘的要死的我 也會有這一天耶😎🥳 - 當天清晨一群人浩浩蕩蕩地從總統府起跑 在上新生高架前還大塞車到只能慢走 也是第一次靠雙腿在高架橋跑上跑下 這個路線規劃完全顛覆我的想像🤯 一道藍浪在高架上高低起伏 相當壯觀🌊 - 和大家一起路跑真的好有趣 跟自己獨自練跑時相比輕鬆超多 隨著自己的配速在人群中左切右切非常好玩 在高架橋上的折返路段有很多上下坡 很意外地我竟然跑得起來 幾個月以來的穩定運動習慣 對於肌力的提升真的超乎我的想像 感動🥹 - 遙想當初搶到FT的票 確定要北上後 為了讓交通費花的更有價值 決定只要剛好週末有路跑活動就參加 又可以揪 @hong_721 一起❤️ 殊不知我們都覺得4k沒有挑戰性 我也覺得還有好幾個月能把體力練起來 但其實我這輩子跑過最遠的距離 就是上上次不到4k的柯南路跑了🤣 我到底哪來的勇氣😊 - 原先計畫3月底前要在跑步機上跑到9-10k 4月開始室外練跑 再慢慢往清晨時段調 偏偏我是能因為各種狀況而不照表操課的類型 清明連假還在狂吃猛吃呢🤭 最終在最後一週才完成一趟室外的跑走 連路跑也要臨時抱佛腳欸我😂 我真的挫了🫠 - 一圈校園約莫3.6k 告訴自己一定要跑走完3圈 防免當天各種耗能的狀況出現 過程中除了不斷自我信心喊話 也多虧有電音幫我打拍 穩住步伐 雖然速率慢到連阿公都難以望其項背🥲 但我竟然能一次跑完1圈 還2趟 去年的我可是連跑7 800的距離就得慢下來了😬 才知道原來我在健身房的努力真的看得到😭 - 也因為練跑成績 加上預想當天的 起跑時段 體力 排隊補水 起跑點塞車等狀況 當天計畫並不允許自己停下腳步 一心要在1.5小時內完賽 (我不想上收容車啊 我想拿美美的完賽獎牌) 連補給站的食物們我都放棄了🫠 我欸 不容許這事情發生😤 下次要把體力練到可以預留10分鐘的進食時間🤣 咦還有下次嗎不曉得😍 敬請期待😎 - 圖1 民間神攝手捕捉到的5k高清美照💓 因為太好看了 超喜歡 所以買下來紀念 圖5 大使竟然是 @hungbruce 禾浩辰 體格真的好好看喔🥰 肯定是擊掌的力量帶我到🏁 圖7 要參選了嗎（威🤣 圖8 分明清晨還在水腫的人類😂 圖9 圖10 是國家地理頻道的經典黃框呀🤤 還有當天是世界地球日🌏 @natgeotw 可重複利用的水杯很值得推推 - #國家地理路跑25週年 #2023國家地理路跑 #為永續而跑 #世界地球日🌍 #禾浩辰 #natgeorun2023 #runforearth #nationalgeographic #globalearthday @natgeotw @hungbruce - 我都不覺得我的好朋會看到這裡了 如果有人能看到這裡的話 好像可以做個贈獎的社會實驗耶 偶灰常感動❤️
