Getting ready for holiday baking?!🎄You need to whip up my easy, no-bake Vegan Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Truffles!🍫 These creamy chocolate truffles are SO FUDGY and made with my favorite @hukitchen chocolate! They are Paleo, Dairy Free AND Vegan!👏🏼 Check out my recipe below!!. 💖Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Truffles💖 2 cups @hukitchen gems, melted 1/2 cup coconut cream (I buy this @traderjoes) 1 tbsp coconut oil 1/2 cup nut butter 1/4 cup coconut sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp sea salt Topping: 1/2 cup @hukitchen gems, melted Directions: In a small pot combine the chocolate, coconut oil and coconut cream until fully melted. Take off the heat and add the coconut sugar, nut butter, vanilla and sea salt. Place the mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Using a small cookie scoop or a spoon, roll the mixture into a ball and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Note, this can get a bit messy🤣 Once you are finished, place the truffles in the fridge to chill for another 15-30 minutes while you prepare the melted chocolate coating. Melt 1/2 cup Hu Gems in the microwave in 30 second increments until fully melted. Take the truffles out of the fridge and dip them into the melted chocolate, and place back on the parchment lined sheet. Sprinkle each with a little sea salt. Salted Caramel Apple Pie Oatmeal!🍎🥧 by @healthwithvictoria ✨Salted Caramel Apple Pie Oatmeal✨ (Makes 2 Servings) 1 1/2 cup almond milk 3/4 cup rolled oats (I use @bobsredmill GF) 1 medium apple, cut into small cubes 1 tsp chia seeds 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp vanilla extract ✨Dairy Free Caramel✨ (Makes 12 Servings) 1 cup Coconut Cream 3/4 cup Coconut Sugar 1 tsp Salt Directions: In a small pot, sauté the apple pieces with a teaspoon of coconut oil over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle in the cinnamon. Next, add the almond milk, chia seeds vanilla extract and the oats. Cook until most of the almond milk has been absorbed and it’s creamy, around 10 minutes or so! For the Caramel, In a small pan or pot, add the coconut cream and coconut sugar. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until smooth. The mixture will start to bubble. Lower the heat to a simmer and stir frequently until thick. Store leftover caramel in a glass container for up to a week! Top your oatmeal with 1-2 tbsp of the Dairy Free Caramel. I added a dollop of dairy free yogurt for extra creaminess! PB&J Stuffed French Toast!!🍓🥜 This is what dreammmsss are made of!🥳 Literally one of my favorite combos ever! The bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside - plus the peanut butter and jelly inside gets nice and melted🤤 The perfect easy, yet comforting healthier breakfast!🥰 ✨Peanut Butter & Jelly Stuffed French Toast✨ (Serves 2) 4 slices Bread (I use @foodforlifebaking Ezekiel Bread) 1 cup Almond Milk 1 flax egg or egg Dash of Vanilla Extract 2 tbsp Maple Syrup 1 tsp Cinnamon 2 tbsp Peanut Butter 2 tbsp Mashed Raspberries (or you can use jelly) Directions: In a shallow bowl, lightly beat the beat and vanilla together. Add the Almond Milk, maple syrup and cinnamon and combine, set aside. Separately, spread one slice of bread with peanut butter and one slice with jelly. Press the slices together, repeat and make the other sandwich. Add coconut oil or vegan butter to a skillet and heat over medium heat. Dip each sandwich in the mixture on both sides. I like to let the bread soak up the mixture for a few minutes. Add the sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side. Celebrating the last few days of August (crazy🥴) with a warm slice of my Chocolate Chip Banana Bread🍌👏🏼 I have say, I’ll never get sick of making it!!🥺 I love a slice topped with a little almond butter or toast it with some vegan butter! Check out the full recipe below and ENJOY!❤️ ✨Chocolate Chip Banana Bread (Paleo, Gluten-Free, Grain-Free)✨ 3 overripe bananas 2 eggs (vegan option: sub for flax eggs) 1 tbsp vanilla 1 cup almond flour 1/2 cup coconut flour 2 scoops of protein powder 2 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp maple syrup or coconut sugar 1/4 cup Almond Milk 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup chocolate chips Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Check out my recipe below and ENJOY🥰 ✨Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookie Dough Protein Nice-Cream (Serves 3-4)✨ 4-5 Frozen Bananas, sliced 2 tbsp cocoa or cacao powder 2 scoops protein (I use @drinkorgain) 2 tbsp peanut butter Toppings ➡️ nut butter, edible cookie dough (recipe on my feed), vegan chocolate chips Directions: In your blender, blend the frozen bananas, cocoa powder and peanut butter on high speed. Pour the batter into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper. Or you can use a donut mold and decrease the baking time. Bake for 25-28 minutes or until edges are golden. While the brownies are baking combine all ingredients for the frosting and place in fridge. Take the brownies out of the oven, let them completely cool and top with frosting! Hands down my favorite healthy treat - Protein Peanut Butter Chocolate Oat Cups!😍 You can use any nut butter to make these, here I used peanut butter - I’ve also made these with almond butter butter and cashew butter, both great options! Check out my delicious and easy recipe below. These cups are vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free and SO YUMMY🙏🏻 You gotta try!!!🤗 ✨Peanut Butter Chocolate Oat Cups (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free)✨ 1 cup Rolled Oats 1 cup Nut Butter (peanut butter is my favorite) 1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup (use less if you don’t want them sweet) 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/4 tsp Sea Salt Optional: 2 scoops protein powder 🍫Chocolate Topping🍫 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips (my favorite is @hukitchen gems) 1 tsp Coconut Oil Directions: Combine all the base ingredients in a bowl and combine. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and press 2 tbsp of the mixture into each cup. Place in the freezer while you make your chocolate topping. Combine the chocolate chips with 1 tbsp of nut butter and microwave in 20 second increments until fully melted. Let cool for 10 minutes. Remove the cups from the freezer and begin to pour the chocolate topping into each cup. Once finished, place these in the freezer for 1 hour. To store, keep these in the freezer or fridge! A sweet twist on our favorite @traderjoes cauliflower gnocchi! CINNAMON SUGAR CAULI GNOCCHI BITES!🤗 With a cinnamon honey yogurt dipping sauce, trust me on this one! These literally taste like little crispy CHURROS, so yummy!👏🏼 Check out my recipe below and try it out!! ✨Cinnamon Sugar Cauli Gnocchi Bites✨ 1 bag @traderjoes cauliflower gnocchi 2 tbsp Coconut Oil 2 tbsp Coconut Sugar (or make your own cinnamon sugar) 1 tsp cinnamon (more for topping) ✨Cinnamon Honey Yogurt Dip✨ @siggisdairy vanilla yogurt 1 tbsp honey Dash of cinnamon Directions: Preheat your over to 450 degrees. Take the gnocchi out of the bag, spread them out on a baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees for around 35-40 minutes until golden brown. You can also air-fry them! Toss the cooked cauliflower gnocchi in coconut oil, coconut sugar and cinnamon. Mix the cinnamon honey yogurt dip and get ready to enjoy! One of my favorite treats - my Healthier Chilled TWIX COOKIES!🍪🍫 The perfect recipe to try out this weekend😉 These cookies are dairy-free, gluten/grain-free and vegan!!! The date “caramel” is thick, gooey and balances perfectly with the @hukitchen chocolate and shortbread cookie crust! Check the recipe below! ✨SHORTBREAD COOKIE✨ 1 cup Almond Flour 1/2 cup Coconut Flour 4 tbsp honey or maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp salt 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted ✨CARAMEL FILLING✨ 1 cup fresh dates (around 12-14 dates - I suggest @jooliesdates) 1/4 cup nut butter (I used @traderjoes cashew butter) 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla extract ✨CHOCOLATE LAYER✨ 1 cup @hukitchen gems, melted (or chocolate chips). . Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. For the shortbread cookies, combine all ingredients into your blender and blend until the dough is formed. Using a cookie scoop, scoop the dough into balls and press down to form a flat cookie. Bake for7-8 minutes. While the cookies are baking, clean out your blender and combine all caramel layer ingredients and blend until the consistency is thick and smooth. (If your dates aren’t soft, soak them in hot water for 5 minutes and then blend). Once you take out the cookies, let it cool for 15 minutes in the freezer. Take the cookies out and spread the caramel layer on top of the cookies and let set in the freezer for another 15 minutes. Finally, melt your dark chocolate in the microwave and top off the bars with the chocolate layer. The bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside - plus the peanut butter inside gets nice and melted🤤 If you’re looking for an EASY yet comforting healthier breakfast you need to try this!🥰 ✨Peanut Butter & Banana Stuffed French Toast✨ (Serves 2) 4 slices Bread (I use @foodforlifebaking Ezekiel Bread) 1 cup Almond Milk (I used @califiafarms vanilla almond milk) 1 egg Dash of Vanilla Extract Optional: 2 tbsp Maple Syrup 1 tsp Cinnamon 2 tbsp Peanut Butter 1/2 Banana, sliced Directions: In a shallow bowl, lightly beat the beat and vanilla together. I made these with my all time favorite chocolate - @hukitchen 🥰 You can make these truffles using your favorite nut butter (I have been loving @grounduppdx) and it will only take just a few minutes! Plus, they are filled with protein and healthy fats to power through your day! Check it out below! ✨Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles✨ 1 cup natural peanut butter 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp sea salt 2 scoops protein powder 3/4 cup almond flour 1/4 tsp cinnamon ✨Topping✨ 1 @hukitchen chocolate bar, melted Unsweetened shredded coconut Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except the toppings and mix together until a dough has formed. Have ripe bananas and don’t want to make banana bread?!🍌 Whip up a batch of my healthy Chocolate Chip Banana blender muffins🤗 The perfect grab-and-go healthy breakfast or snack to power through your morning! You only need a few ingredients, you might even have them on hand already!🥳 Check out my recipe below! ✨Chocolate Chip Banana Blender Muffins✨ 3 overripe bananas (browner the better!) 1 cup nut butter (@grounduppdx is my new fav!) 1/2 cup almond flour 1 organic egg (or flax egg) 1 tbsp vanilla extract 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup chocolate chips Optional: 2 tbsp of honey or maple syrup Directions: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Toss all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in your blender and blend until smooth and fluffy. If the batter is warm, let sit for a few minutes until cool, so the chocolate chips don’t melt when you add them. Once cooled, stir 1/4 cup of your chocolate chips into the batter. Line your muffin tin and divide the batter amongst the prepared muffin cups, filling each no more than 3/4 of the way to the top. Sprinkle each muffin with the remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips. Bake for about 15 minutes, until the tops of the muffins are golden brown and set. Place on a wire rack and let the muffins cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Remove and enjoy!!! #healthwithvictoria

Back in the kitchen after a little break with my Homemade Cookie Dough Nice Cream!🍨🍌 This nice cream is the perfect healthy treat!🥰 With only a few healthy ingredients, this is Dairy-Free, Vegan, Refined Sugar Free and ready in just a few minutes! I topped mine with one of my healthy cookie dough bites and some chocolate chips! You have to try this out! ✨The Ultimate Healthy Nice Cream✨ 4 cups frozen sliced bananas 1/4 cup nut butter (I used cashew butter) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk Optional: 1 scoop @ancientnutrition vanilla collagen for added protein Additional Mix Ins: Chocolate Chips, my Healthy Cookie Dough Bites (recipe is on my feed), Fruit, the options are ENDLESS! Directions: blend all the ingredients except any toppings in your blender until thick and smooth. Feel free to add more almond milk if needed, I suggest adding 1 tbsp at a time! Stop and scrape down the sides of the blender a few times while in the process blending. I find my @vitamix to work best! After you are finished blending, mix in your chocolate chips and healthy cookie dough bites! Since you all loved my Twix cookies, you have to make a batch of my Vegan Twix Bars!🤩 They are made with healthier ingredients - paleo, gluten/grain free and vegan!!! The date “caramel” is thick, gooey and balances perfectly with the dark chocolate and shortbread cookie crust!😌 Check out one of my favorite recipes below! ✨SHORTBREAD CRUST✨ 1 cup Almond Flour 1/2 cup Coconut Flour 2 fresh dates (you can also sub for 2 tbsp of honey) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. ✨CARAMEL FILLING✨ 1 cup fresh dates (around 12-14 dates - I suggest @jooliesdates) 1/4 cup nut butter 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla extract ✨CHOCOLATE LAYER✨ 1 cup @hukitchen gems (or chocolate chips) Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. For the shortbread crust, combine all ingredients into your blender and blend until the dough is formed. Press into an 8x8 parchment lined baking dish and bake at 350 degrees until the edges are golden brown (around 10-12 minutes). While the crust is baking, clean out your blender and combine all caramel layer ingredients and blend until the consistency is thick and smooth. (If your dates aren’t soft, soak them in hot water for 5 minutes and then blend). Once you take out the crust, let it cool for 15 minutes in the freezer. Take out the crust once cooled and spread the caramel layer on top of the crust and let set in the freezer for another 15 minutes. Finally, melt your dark chocolate in the microwave and top off the bars with the chocolate layer. Need some healthy dinner inspo? These homemade Chicken Lettuce Cups are a super quick, healthy meal with a flavorful kick!💯 I LOVE ordering these at my favorite Asian fusion restaurants! Luckily, this dish is so easy to make yourself!🥰 Give this recipe a try, you’re going to love it too❤️ ✨Asian Style Chicken Lettuce Cups✨ 1 lb Organic Ground Chicken 1 tbsp Avocado Oil (or cooking oil of choice) 1 Small Onion, diced 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated 2 cloves Garlic, minced 1/4 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar (if you don’t have, used white vinegar) 1 tsp Sesame Oil 2 tbsp Honey Optional: 1 tsp Sriracha Salt/Pepper to taste Butter lettuce (I use @gothamgreens which you can buy @wholefoods) 2 Green Onions, sliced Optional Side: Spicy Mayo (I made my own vegan version!) Directions: In a medium pan, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium high heat. Add the onion and ginger and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute more. Add the ground chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes, making sure to crumble the chicken as it cooks. Add the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and honey. Cook for another 5-7 minutes. I love this recipe mostly because it’s no-bake and vegan!!!🥳 Can’t wait for you to try❤️ ✨Vegan Cheesecake Filling✨ 1 can coconut cream 1 container vegan cream cheese (my favorite is @montysnyc) 1 cup maple syrup or sweetener 1 tsp vanilla extract ✨Cookie Dough Base✨ 3/4 cup Almond Flour 1 cup Almond Butter 2 scoops of Protein Powder (I use @bloomsupps plant based) 3-4 tbsp Maple Syrup 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/4 tsp Sea Salt 1/2 cup Mini Vegan Chocolate Chips (I use @enjoylifefoods) Directions: For the filling - using a mixer beat the coconut cream on high until soft peaks have formed. One of my favorite healthy desserts has to be nice cream!🍌🍫 I love adding fun flavors, my best creation so far is this Vegan Chocolate Fudge Nice Cream loaded with @hukitchen gems!🤩 I always bake with Hu Chocolate but WOW these gems are even better in nice cream❤️ Pro tip - you don’t need to use any liquid here! Make sure you’re using a food processor or high power blender, my @vitamix was the best investment ever! Vegan Cookie Dough Cheesecake Bites!🎉 I am sooooo excited to share these because it brings together my love for cookie dough and cheesecake - some of my fav desserts! But, we made her no-bake and vegan!!!!!!🥳 ✨Vegan Cheesecake Filling✨ 1 can coconut cream 1 container vegan cream cheese (my favorite is @montysnyc) 1 cup maple syrup or sweetener 1 tsp vanilla extract ✨Cookie Dough Base✨ 3/4 cup Almond Flour 1 cup Almond Butter 2 scoops of Protein Powder (I use @bloomsupps plant based) 3-4 tbsp Maple Syrup 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/4 tsp Sea Salt 1/2 cup Mini Vegan Chocolate Chips (I use @enjoylifefoods) Directions: For the filling - using a mixer beat the coconut cream on high until soft peaks have formed. Add the cream cheese, vanilla and maple syrup and beat all together. Set aside. For the cookie dough base layer - mix together all the ingredients in a bowl. Once fully combined, take the dough and press down evenly into the bottom of your baking dish lined with parchment paper. Pour the cheesecake layer on top of the cookie dough layer and place in the freezer for 3-4 hours or overnight. Once fully frozen, cut into squares l, drizzle with melted chocolate and ENJOY! I can’t wait to ride with you, my username is victoriamarano❤️ Check out this recipe below🥳 ✨Single Serve Blueberry Cinnamon Roll (Vegan, Plant-Based, Gluten-Free)✨ 6-7 tbsp Gluten Free Oat Flour or AP Flour 3 tbsp Plant Based Yogurt (I used @culinayogurt which is my favorite!) 1 tsp Almond Milk Coconut Oil or Vegan Butter for brushing 1 tsp Cinnamon 1 tbsp Coconut Sugar (Brown sugar works too) 1-2 tbsp fresh or frozen blueberries Directions: Mix the flour, yogurt, almond milk until a dough is formed. The dough will be sticky, however add more flour if needed. Roll out the dough until it’s about 1 inch thick and brush with coconut oil. Sprinkle with cinnamon and coconut sugar. Separately, mash the blueberries in a small bowl. Add the blueberries on top of the cinnamon and coconut sugar. Gently roll up into a log. Place the roll into a small bowl or mug. Sprinkle with more cinnamon and coconut sugar. microwave for 1 minute and 45 seconds, making sure to check on it halfway through. Of course I topped a slice with @hukitchen gems😏 Check out the recipe below, it’s one of my favorites!! ✨Healthy Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Bread (Grain Free, Dairy Free, Vegan Optional)✨ 3 overripe bananas 2 eggs (vegan - use 2 flax eggs) 1/2 cup Peanut Butter 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour flour 3-4 tbsp honey or maple syrup 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup cocoa powder Optional: Add in chocolate chips Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lined a bread pan with parchment paper and set aside: Combine all bread ingredients except for the cocoa powder in a large bowl. Next, divide the batter in half into two separate bowls. Add the 1/2 cup of cocoa powder into one bowl and leave the other bowl as is. First, spoon a thin layer of regular batter into the prepared pan, then a thin layer of chocolate batter and alternate until both batters are finished. I layered about 4-5 times! Everyone will LOVE it, you only need a few ingredients too! Check out my recipe below and enjoy the game!!!❤️ ✨Cookie Dough Freezer Fudge (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free)✨ 1 cup Peanut Butter 1/2 cup Cashew Butter (you can also sub for more PB) 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 1/4 cup chocolate chips (I use mini @enjoylifefoods - they’re dairy free!) 1 tsp vanilla extract Optional: 1-2 scoops of protein powder 1 tsp flakey sea salt (for topping) Directions: Line a bread loaf pan with parchment paper. Samoas were my all time favorite @girlscouts cookies growing up, thin mints were definitely a close second!☺️🎉 I decided to take these cookies and make a healthy, easy version that can be made in minutes!👏🏼 These cookies are vegan, refined sugar free, gluten free and oh - did I mention you don’t even have to bake them?!😉 Check out my recipe below and ENJOY❤️ ✨Healthy No-Bake Samoa Cookies✨(Vegan, Gluten-Free) 1 cup dates 2 tbsp almond butter 1 cup shredded coconut Optional: 1 scoop protein powder 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp sea salt 1 @hukitchen chocolate bar Directions: Toast the coconut flakes in the oven for 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool. Place your dates in a bowl and let soak in warm water for 10 minutes. Once your dates have soaked, drain the water and place the dates in a blender or food processor. Add the almond butter, vanilla extract, salt and pulse until fully combined. Add the toasted coconut flakes and pulse a few times until combined. Take 1 tbsp of the mixture and roll into a ball. Flatten the ball to form a flat disc. Place on a dish. Using a chopstick or straw, poke a hole in the middle of the disk to form the cookie. Place the cookies in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up. Melt your chocolate in a small bowl and set aside. Take the cookies out of the freezer and dip the bottom into the chocolate and place on the parchment paper lined sheet. Repeat until all cookies are dipped. Check out my recipe below and enjoy!🥰 ✨The Ultimate Fudge Brownies (Grain-Free, Dairy-Free)✨ 1 @hukitchen Chocolate Bar, melted 1/2 cup Coconut Sugar 1/2 cup Nut Butter (I used Almond Butter) 1/4 cup Maple Syrup or Honey 1/3 cup Coconut Oil, melted 2 Eggs 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 1/2 cup Almond Flour 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder 1/4 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 tsp Sea Salt Optional: 1 tbsp Espresso Powder (it really elevates the chocolate flavor!) Directions: Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Melted 1 chocolate bar (I use @hukitchen but feel free to use your favorite) in the microwave in 30 second increments. Once the chocolate is melted, set aside and let cool. Combine the eggs, coconut sugar, nut butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil and the cooled melted chocolate. Once the mixture is smooth, add the vanilla Next, add the almond flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder. If adding espresso powder, add it here. Pour the batter into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper. Or you can use a donut mold and decrease the baking time. Bake for 25-28 minutes or until edges are golden. CRISPY CHICKPEA NUGGETS!!!💥 These healthy nuggets are made with chickpeas, fresh veggies almond flour and flavorful seasoning! You’ll want to make them over and over again!🥰 The recipe is dairy free, gluten free and vegan optional too! I cannot wait for you to try them out!❤️ 💥Crispy Chickpea Nuggets (Makes 18-20)💥 1 can chickpeas, drained 1 zucchini, grated 1 carrot, grated 1/2 onion, finely chopped 2 eggs or “flax egg” to keep it Vegan 1/2 cup Almond Flour 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1/4 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Pepper 💥Crispy Coating💥 1/2 Almond Flour or Breadcrumbs (Panko works really well!) 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Pepper Directions: Drain and rinse your chickpeas. After you grate your zucchini, wrap with paper towel and squeeze out all of the liquid. Add the chickpeas, grated zucchini, grated carrot, onion and eggs into a food processor. Pulse a few times until all the ingredients are fully combined. Make sure not to over mix it! Scoop the mixture into a large bowl, add the almond flour, spices and mix together. Take 1 tbsp of the mixture and form into a nugget shape. Roll into the almond flour or breadcrumb mixture. Once you have formed and coated all of the nuggets. Place about 5-6 at a time in the air fryer (make sure there’s enough room) and cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. One of my all time favorite combos - peanut butter, chocolate & pretzels🍫🥜😍 These delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Truffles are are made with whole ingredients like natural peanut butter (great source of protein), gluten free pretzels, local honey and my all time favorite chocolate from @hukitchen! The perfect combo of salty, sweet AND crunchy! Check out my simple no bake recipe below! ENJOY❤️ ✨Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Truffles✨ 1 1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter) 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup 2 cups crushed mini pretzels (GF) 1 1/4 cup almond flour 1 tsp vanilla extract Topping: 1 cup @hukitchen gems, melted with 1 tbsp coconut oil Directions: First, crush the mini pretzels with your hands in a bowl. Once crushed, combine the peanut butter, honey, almond flour and vanilla extract. Mix until well incorporated. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop the dough and roll into balls. Place the balls in the freezer for 15 minutes while you prepare the chocolate topping. Melt the Hu Gems with the coconut oil over a double boiler, or microwave in 30 second increments until fully melted. Take the balls out of the freezer and pour the melted chocolate on top.
