PB Date Bark! Admittedly I’m stuck on this trend! I love dates as a dessert bite, but stuffed dates 🤯 I’ve made many variations & plan to share every last one with you! Medjool dates, pitted then smashed into a bark. Smothered with unsweetened unsalted peanut butter (I use Sprouts brand) then sprinkled with unsalted roasted peanuts and drizzled with @eatbeyondgood dark chocolate. Jahody rozmixujeme. Mouku smícháme s proteinem, kypřícím práškem a špetkou soli. V druhé míse vyšleháme vejce s erythritolem do pěny, přimícháme rozmixované jahody, kefír, česačkový sirup a jablečný ocet. Strawberry Colada Kabobs Ingredients: 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes 1/4 cup rum (optional, can be replaced with pineapple juice for a non-alcoholic version) Wooden skewers Directions: In a large bowl, combine the rum or pineapple juice with the coconut flakes. Stir to combine and let sit for 10 minutes to allow the coconut to absorb some of the liquid. Thread the strawberries and pineapple chunks alternately onto the skewers. Roll each skewer in the coconut mixture, making sure the fruit is evenly coated. Place the prepared skewers on a platter and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld. A friend suggested I make granola bars, and I thought, why not give it a shot? So, I rolled up my sleeves and got to work. The process was going smoothly until I reached the cutting stage after it was made and ready to eat. The almonds in the granola were staring at me from every angle, making it difficult to cut them into neat bars. It felt like I was solving a Rubik’s cube that I had long forgotten about. But, despite the struggle, I was able to slice some delicious and healthy bites for my family to munch on. I think I’ll have to try making them more often, though, before I can create perfectly square granola bars. Ingredients Rolled oats: 2 cups Almonds (chopped): 1 cup
Pumpkin seeds: 1/2 cup
Sunflower seeds: 1/2 cup Cranberries: 1/2 cup
Apricots (chopped): 4
Dates: 2 cups
Water: 2 tablespoons Peanut butter: 1/2 cup
Water: 2 tablespoons Honey: 1/4th cup
Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
Salt: a pinch Method Soak the dates in water. If using mejdool dates, no need to soak. Dry roast oats on low flame till they give an aroma. Remove it and keep it aside. Then roast chopped almonds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds and roast them on low flame till it turns crisp. Remove. In a large bowl, add the roasted ingredients, cranberries and apricots. In a blender, add either the soaked dates/mejdool dates and two tablespoons of water and make a smooth paste. Heat a pan, add the date paste and peanut butter and cook on medium flame stirring the mix continuously until it comes together and separates from the pan. Add it to the oats and other ingredients along with honey, vanilla extract and salt. Since the paste is hot, I mixed it with a spoon and when it was bearable to touch, used my hands and mixed it till it held shape. Line a tray with a baking sheet, transfer the ingredients and level it by pressing down with a spoon. Then keep it in a refrigerator for 4 hours or till it sets completely. Muffins doble chocolate (puro y con 85% cacao) de avena y rellenos de mermelada casera de kumquat o naranjas chinas … Esta combinación 🤤🤤🤤 * Y además sin gluten y sin azúcares añadidos. Ingredientes: - 125 g yogur tipo griego natural - 160 g harina de avena sin gluten - 60 g copos de avena - 2 huevos eco camperos - 70 g aceite de coco derretido - 1 c levadura química - 80 g bebida vegetal + 2 Cucharadas de cacao en polvo 100%. Mezclamos y hacemos una crema. - 1-2 cucharadas de crema de chocolate negro - 100 g de chocolate minino 85% cacao a trocitos - Extra: Mermelada de naranja. Yo he usado una que preparé el otro día de kumquats o naranjas chinas. Y si no la que te guste. Precalentamos el horno a 180° con calor arriba y abajo, mezclamos todos los ingredientes, ponemos una parte de la masa en los moldes. Con ayuda de una cucharilla hacemos un hueco al medio, lo rellenamos de mermelada y cubrimos con más masa. Horneamos durante unos 15-17 min. Nado o menos… cada horno es un mundo. протеиновое печенье аля орео с шоколадной начинкой🍪🍫от @o12nutrition К-148 Б-4 Ж-8 У-10 очень давно хотела чтобы выпустили печенье на подобие орео, поэтому данный продукт меня очень зацепил! Я обожаю орео, но правда только классический. Открыв упаковку встречает одно большое и увесистое печенье-сендвич, на вид симпатичное сверху есть качественная печать-логотип. Текстура самих печенек твердая, песочная, хрустящая, ярко шоколадная, есть действительно некая схожесть с орео. Начинка внутри также шоколадная, густая, на укусах становится кремообразной, но изначально будто бы просто застывшая шоколадная паста.
