Pumpkin Loaf Bread 🍞 (Roti Labu Kuning) by : @fen.z Bahan: 750 g terigu protein tinggi (cakra kembar emas / komachi) 300 g labu kuning, kukus dan haluskan 80 g gula pasir 40 g susu bubuk 3 butir kuning telur 100 - 120 ml susu cair (tergantung kadar air di labu) 9 g ragi instant 70 g mentega 9 g garam Cara: Ukuran loyang roti roti tawar 20x10x10cm 1 resep dapat 2 loyang. (Sesuaikan uk loyang masing2) 1. Campur semua bahan kecuali garam dan mentega baskom besar / mixing bowl, ulenin sampai membentuk gumpalan dan tidak lengket di sisi baskom. 2. Tambahkan mentega dan garam. Ulenin sampai kalis. Bulatkan adonan. Olesi baskom dengan sedikit minyak, masukan adonan yg sudah di bulatkan. Tutup dengan kain basah. Diamkan untuk proses fermentasi / proofing selama +/- 45 menit hingga mengembang 2x lipat. 3. Kempeskan adonan yang sudah mengembang, timbang bagi adonan sesuaikan dengan loyang masing2, bulatkan dan diamkan 15menit. 4. Gilas memanjang, gulung dan susun di loyang roti 5. RED BEAN +SALTED EGG YOLK PUMPKIN ROLLS - 南瓜面包 . Ingredients : 6 gr yeast 30 ml cool milk 40 gr sugar 350 gr bread flour 200 gr mashed pumpkin 2 egg yolk 20 gr milk powder 60 gr butter 1/2 tsp salt . Fillings: Reb Bean+Salted Egg Yolk . Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients except butter n salt.  Mix into a smooth dough. Add in butter and salt. 2. Knead until 20 min or window pane stage. Shape the dough into a ball. Oil a medium bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Let stand 1 hour. 3. Knead 10 min. Then cut into pieces. Make like Balls. Let rest 10 min. 4. Use roller pin to roll it and do filling. Rest for 1 hour. Dust with flour. 5. Preheat oven 170C.
