🥣 Homemade sugar free granola In an effort to make healthier choices I don’t buy breakfast cereals anymore (except the occasional Weetabix), but I do make my own granola. 🥄 I make a no sugar version using leftover aquafaba (the water from tinned chickpeas) and flaxseed to stick the oats together but you could add a bit of honey or use apple juice instead if you wanted some sweetness. We tend to eat it with fresh fruit and Greek yoghurt to add sweetness. 🥚 Or if you have a leftover egg white from another recipe you can whisk that up until frothy and add it too for bigger chunks. Easy peasy instructions: * Add 1 tbsp golden flaxseeds to 3tbsp water in a bowl and leave to sit for 10mins. * Add in the water from 1 tin of chickpeas. * Stir in about 300g of oats and any other additions* until they become damp * Spread out on baking trays and bake in 160c fan oven for 30-35mins, turning the oats over halfway through. what I eat in a day for muscle maintenance in a calorie deficit I love food, so I find it difficult to lower my calorie intake. Therefore, I’ve been implementing more cardio into my routine to burn calories. I’m a creature of habit when it comes to breakfast, but I’ve been trying to mix it up for some variety! I always start my mornings off with a cup of warm lemon water, and then I’ll have my coffee after breakfast. Today’s post-gym breakfast and mid-morning snacks 😍 Bacon, mushroom and poached egg cob with 3 mini waffle hash browns. Plus a bowl of blueberries, raspberries and strawberries and a pot of strawberry Greek yoghurt to snack on mid-morning. 639 calories and 38.4g of protein for the whole lot. Overnight porridge al cioccolato 😍😍🫶🏻🍫 Perfetto per una colazione/merenda super veloce e buonissima🤩🤩 Ingredienti: -30g farina d’avena (io ho utilizzato 15g al cioccolato+15g neutra, ma se volete potete utilizzare anche 30g di farina d’avena+10g di cacao amaro) -120g di acqua -150g di yogurt greco -15g di marmellata di fragole X la cremina al cacao: -cacao+acqua Procedimento: 1) preparare il porridge, mescolando bene la farina d’avena con l’acqua in un pentolino e quando non saranno più presenti grumi, cuocendolo a fuoco basso mescolando continuamente. 2) una volta pronto il porridge, lo faccio raffreddare e aggiungo un pochino di yogurt. 3) inizio ad assemblare alternando il porridge allo yogurt, fino all’ultimo strato dove vado a mettere la marmellata. 4) finisco aggiungendo la cremina al cacao (che possiamo ottenere facilmente, mescolando il cacao amaro con pochissima acqua) 5) lo ripongo in frigo tutta la notte o qualche ora e questa colazione super bilanciata é pronta per essere gustata🥰🥰🫶🏻 #overnightoats #overnightporridge #porridge #oats #oatsforbreakfast #oatmeal #overnightoatmeal #yogurtbowl #yogurtgreco #farinadiavena #marmellata #creminaalcacao #breakfast #healthyfood #healthylifestyle #healthybreakfast #healthy #colazionesana #colazionisane #colazionifit #colazionelight #recipes #recipe #recipeoftheday #breakfastideas #healthybreakfastideas

Sunny side up eggs 🍳🍳 I posted this recipe relatively recently and said it was my obsession breakfast and I absolutely meant it! So delicious with the melted cheese on the pan with the perfectly runny yolk of the egg and kick of spice from the chilli crunch! Served on some wonderfully golden toast and it’s just so good! I wilted some spinach this time to add in some vegetables and add another component to the breakfast which was super tasty! I placed the wilted spinach on the toast then topped that with the eggs, YUM!! I accidentally broke one of the yolks when putting the egg on my toast which was a real bummer but I guess it shows how perfectly the eggs were cooked! Definitely won’t be getting sick of this breakfast any time soon! Calories: 397 P: 24.5 C: 28.8g F: 19.3g

PB BROOKIE BAKED OATS!! Blend 1/2 cup oat, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 banana, 1/2 tsp vanilla, and 1/2 tsp baking powder. Blend half of mixture with peanut butter (i used @prozisusa peanut butter and it was delicious!) and other half w cacao powder. Pour about a tbs of each at a time, alternating. I'm sure many of you have seen my 60 second breakfast, but I'm sharing it here again. It's my fave! Take a ramekin, and slice 15g cheese and place in the bottom of the ramekin. ( You can be inventive here and add what you like - ham, mushrooms, etc) Crack an egg on top Place in microwave and cook 30 seconds - rest and then another 25-30 seconds. Still had some pudding mix left, so I used it to make a high protein, snickers-cheesecake-esque breakfast. There's a layer of oats, then chocolate protein pudding, then powdered pb, peanuts and chocolate magic shell.
