🍁 Autumn sensory bottle. This was such a simple and fun activity we did at the end of last week and both the kids have enjoyed playing with and exploring the bottles. We simply poured some clear glue into an empty Vos bottle (plastic for safety), added Autumn inspired things we already had at home and water and shook it all up. So fascinating and beautiful to watch! For our bottle we added: some artificial maple leaves, gold and red stars I bought for Christmas last year, gold glitter, some artificial berries I took off our Christmas tree last year when A kept trying to eat them, some Star Anise whole spices I had in my cupboard. ☀️beach day 🏖 We were early birds at the beach this morning! We had an empty beach to ourselves! It was wonderful for the children to explore and play! We used oyster shells for digging and counting. We filled and emptied buckets of water and sand using maths language such as full, empty, heavier and lighter!
