Denuncian la apertura a distintos medios de pago competidores 📄 La billetera digital MODO, que agrupa a los principales bancos, denunció este lunes a Mercado Libre ante la Comisión Nacional de Defensa de la Competencia (CNDC) por abuso de posición dominante “en perjuicio de múltiples actores del mercado, incluidos competidores, comercios y consumidores”. 🗂️ En su presentación, la entidad aportó “un gran número de pruebas y documentos contundentes que demuestran con claridad las conductas abusivas y exclusorias que llevan a cabo Mercado Libre SRL, Mercado Pago Servicios de Procesamiento SRL y MercadoLibre, Inc”. ❌ Sobre estos comportamientos, la denuncia detalló que la empresa de Marcos Galperin “impide el uso de billeteras digitales competidoras en su marketplace, negando el acceso a aquellas que solicitan ser iniciadoras de pagos en la plataforma”. 📲 A su vez, la denuncia apuntó a la resistencia de Mercado Pago a hacer su QR interoperable, tal como ordenó el Banco Central de la República Argentina (BCRA), o solicitar cánones excesivos para cumplir con dicha medida. 💳 Según Modo, la empresa prohíbe que las billeteras competidoras paguen con sus QR o pasarela de pagos (e-commerce); además de impedir que los usuarios inicien pagos con tarjeta utilizando adquirentes y agregadores competidores. ⚖️ La billetera que engloba a entidades bancarias como Macro, Santander, BBVA, Galicia, ICBC, Nación y Ciudad, solicitó a la CNDC que dicte una medida cautelar y le ordene a Mercado Libre que otorgue acceso inmediato a su marketplace a las billeteras digitales competidoras, como así también a los adquirentes, agregadores y aceptadores competidores de Mercado Pago. #noticias #info #información #actualidad #argentina #billeteravirtual #modo #mercadolibre #mercadolibreargentina #bancomacro #bancosantander #bbva #bancogalicia #icbc #banconación #bancociudad #marcosgalperin #qr

The road is to the right and the driveway is to the left and this selfish driver disobeyed the “no stopping on sidewalk” sign. The fact that a sign is needed to tell drivers to not stop on a sidewalk is ridiculous. The fact that drivers will disobey that sign is a sign that some drivers should not have a driver’s licence and their vehicles should be crushed. In no-parking zones drivers are allowed to temporarily stop for loading and unloading, and in no-stopping zones drivers are not allowed to stop at all.

This selfish driver parked their large truck with half of it in a no-stopping zone. The no-stopping sign says “here to corner” and has an arrow pointing to the right. Swipe to see the crosswalks at the corner. Daylighting, anyone? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? @shred_it_official? They protect what matters and it seems human lives don’t matter. In no-parking zones drivers are allowed to temporarily stop for loading and unloading, and in no-stopping zones drivers are not allowed to stop at all.
