This time in my life with this #surgery has really made a dent in my life. So many people have helped me with all of this new path. Day 13 #postop from my #fdlbeltlipectomy with @bodybykaufmanmiami 🙏🏽 everything is healing up nicely, still having tenderness and a slow fusion of the skin in my crack where my #incisions meet. I’ve read that this is pretty common because of location and that skin heals from the inside out so to give it time and keep it clean. Sleeping is the trickiest, it’s temping to turn to my side but when I did that a few days ago my hip started bleeding and bled through my faja as I slept, it wasn’t painful but it was too much tension on my incisions so I’ve been adding foam padding to my faja over my crack for extra cusion when I’m sitting and especially laying and trying to stay laying on my wedge pillows with my back elevated at a 45’ and my legs at 90’ which has required 2 wedge pillows (was able to get one on marketplace in great shape for $40) & @xclusivelymphaticmassage has let me use one of hers while I’ve been in town receiving treatment from her 🙏🏽 I’m looking into getting another one for when I get home which is in 2 days!!!!
