A finales de Mayo sufrí un accidente que gracias al casco de la bicicleta no me costó algo más valioso. Logre levantarme (trauma psicologico post accidente donde me costó dormir 2 semanas y necesité ayuda) y aun con quemaduras de segundo grado en rodilla izquierda y una hombrera salí a entrenar. La herida se me infectó, supuso un contratiempo pero en dos dias estaba entrenando. Una lumbalgia me vino despues por no estirar bien un musculo,(3 pinchazos de calmante) me vine a bajo y me costó las lagrimas por no hacer la ultima carrera de la temporada pero me levanté, y en dos dias estaba en la eliptica entrenando sin impacto y estirando la zona. Cuando me curé bien, el fisio me dio el ok la ultima semana de Julio el entrenador me reajustó el entreno. Ahí, y todo Agosto he estado entrenando (madrugones, dias de buenas y malas sensaciones, dias mas duros y menos duros, dias de lluvia, dias de mucho calor, sudando la camiseta a tope pero disfrutando de lo que mas me gusta) Y aquí estoy, orgulloso de estar llegando a meta sea cual sea el resultado para trabajsr y buscar nuevas marcas personales y empezando la temporada 2022-2023 llena de emociones garantizadas❤💪Asi es la vida, te caes, pegas mil leñazos pero con sudor y esfuerzo todo se consigue🔥🔥🔥🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️ #FelizEsPoco #athlete #yeah #love #viral #mood #instamood #instagood #instapicofthefay #muscle #jam #pierna #viral

Tried this super healthy & easy home made fruit custard cake that i want to share with you'll.!! Create your own layers . . . . The 'whats needed' and 'how its in done': 3 cup milk (Full Fat) 3 tablespoon custard powder 3 tbsp Sugar as per taste or you can use honey or sweetener 1 tbsp Vanilla essence (Optional) 1 small packet biscuit/ Cracker of your choice 1 Banana (chopped) Strawberries (cut into half) 1 Mango (chopped) Serves 5-6 people You can use fruits of your choice.. . . . . - Boil milk in a pan & add sugar till it disolve. Mix custord powder with normal milk in a seprate bowl & add the mixture to the boiling milk to avoid forming of lumps. Let it cool down for 20 minutes & set aside. - Make a layer of lotus biscuit. Mix the biscuit in a mixer with little milk, arrange in the bottom of dish. You can use graham crackers layer also. - Let it set for half an hour till you prepare the other layers - Take a thin layer or any cake, I have taken banana flavour & placed it over my biscuit layer - Cover the cake with custard, Top it with chopped banana, you can make as many layers of fruits as you want. And i have added heresey's chocolate syrup to add a little taste (Optional). - You can add a jelly layer on top, since it was not available i have used the top most layer with custard. - I have topped it with layer of chopped mangoes & Strawberries. Getting things done feels like an impossible task sometimes. You spend all of your day and end up realizing that you've hardly accomplished anything. You get disapointed from your own self. The next day comes with some new work, new assignments or new emails to answer and with that all you have some pending tasks. This lead to an absolute destruction. Even this cost your weekends as well because you have to work to meet the deadlines. So I have an idea that how you can get rid of this miserable situation. It was a random thought and I started writing it on a piece of paper and now sharing here with all of you out there. The very first way to increase your productivity is to plan things a day before. Waking up with a thought which clothes to wear and what to eat in the breakfast is something you should have planned last night. It gets easy to skip breakfast when you couldn't find anything in the fridge and you are running out of time so you just sip your cup of coffee/tea and start the day in a meaningless way.Take few minutes every night and plan. You'll be more focused on your work in the morning. Second, waking up early in the morning. Yeah! It's easily said but I know it can be hard to do. But waking up early only matters when you have a good night sleep otherwise it won't be productive. Third, pen down all the tasks of the day and set a proper schedule because most of the times it happens that you spend all your day working on task you thought were important but you skipped the more meaningful ones. Fourth, always begin with the task you enjoy and love working on. It'll make you feel more energetic and focused and soon you'll be able to jump to your next task. Fifth, eliminate distractions. A phone call or a T . V show, your pets or even kids walking around can kill your concentration. Try to avoid them. Sometimes it is not possible to avoid but if we think that we can accomplish anything with these sort of interruptions so the truth is that ' we can't ' . It's completely a time sucker. This building commonly known as "The Empress Market" is located in sadar town, Karachi. It is one of the oldest and busiest market of Karachi . It was constructed between 1884 & 1889 and at time of its construction it was one of only seven markets in karachi. The foundation stone of Empress Market was laid by the Governor of Bombay, James Fergusson in 1884, and it was designed by James Strachan(architect). The building was arranged around a courtyard, 130 ft by 100 ft, with a tall tower 140 ft high and four galleries each 46 ft wide.
