So this is what happens when you sit in front of the fridge and wait for inspiration to hit! 😂 I browned up a bit of hamburger, added chopped onion, broccoli, real bacon bits, garlic, parsley, paprika, and oregano. After it was drained of the fat, I added a touch of tomato sauce and cheddar cheese. When that was all combined I poured two beaten eggs evenly over the top. It’s been a while since I posted, I’ve been dealing with some things and ended up falling off the wagon 🙄 I finally decided that I needed the support and encouragement on a weekly basis in order to keep focused. So I found a TOPS group not far from my place and joined. TOPS has their own program, but what I like is that you can find what works for you and do it. I have been craving a Subway sub BIG TIME!
