On a grandit ainsi, Avec l’idée qu’il ne faut pas perdre son temps, qu’il faut être toujours productif , être rapide, profiter de chaque instant pour faire quelque chose, pour gagner quelque chose. On a été programmé ainsi, on nous a intégré dans une bataille, une course contre le temps dont la ligne d’arrivée n’est que la fin du temps lui même. Par peur de perdre le temps, on a fini par perdre, le moment, le présent, la sensation, l’expérience, la vie. Alors aujourd’hui j’ai décidé de ne rien faire, rien prouver, rien accomplir, ralentir, respirer, exister, être. Aujourd’hui jai perdu tout mon temps. It literally HURTS not to do and be what you came here for. All those times you chose logic over your heart, comfort over fear, or had pressure from your parents, spouse, society, to be more sensible, practical, pragmatic NOW with the promise that it will pay off later. Or maybe you didn’t even feel like you had a choice. You just did what you had to do and you promised that little spark inside of you that you will get to it later. When we live in the energy of survival year after year, decade after decade, things start to hurt. We aren’t designed to do that. The farther we get from our heart’s desires, the more hurt shows up…. in our bodies, our minds, and our emotions. This is our reality showing us how painful it is not to live the lives we came here for. Our spirit literally suffers when we don’t allow its journey to unfold, when we don’t listen to our hearts, when we play small. Recently the messages that have been coming through me in my client sessions have stopped me in my tracks. I am being communicated concepts and wisdom that I would not have been able to articulate so clearly myself and which open the door to a new level of understanding for me and my clients. In a session this morning with an extraordinary client of mine, it was communicated through me that all pain comes from the same place - it all comes from aligning with a reality that is not in harmony with your true nature. It all comes from stepping away from who you really are (whether or not you chose to or had to). And every time we do this, it is like we carry these moments upon us. Over time it wears us down and breaks us down. The burden gets heavy. And even if we decide it’s finally time to follow our life force, we quickly find that the burden of the past is showing up in our bodies, our circumstances and life happenings, our minds, and our emotions. It makes it doubly hard to get going and we feel sabotaged at each turn. We can blame the circumstances of the past but it is up to us if we continue living in response to those circumstances now. There are ways out and the spirit is always stronger and more magical than the mind and body. [Continued in comments].
