Hereโs what I did to overcome my manifestation frustration.. I used to get so frustrated when something I wanted didnโt show up in my life & in the time I wanted it to or at all. I would go into a downward spiral of negative self talk or I would give up on my goals or desire and tell myself itโs not meant for me. But then I realised I was focusing more on what I didnt want and what I didnโt have yet, rather than focusing on and supporting the visualisation of what I actually wanted. You canโt focus on whatโs missing and think your going to get what you want, right?? So I started spending more of my energy focusing on what I desired and visualising myself already having it, feeling what it felt like to already have it and things started to shift. Energy flows where focus goes. Itโs not that I donโt get frustrated at all but I know I now have the tools & how to come back to my body. Since Iโve been doing that, here is whatโs changed โฆ Im feeling so much more confident in myself. More confident & clarity in the direction Iโm going and how Iโm getting there. Life feels more alive with ease & flow. Im feeling more playful & loveable within myself and noticing that I am letting in and receiving more love from my partner which has been a huge shift for me.
